Mack was a great salesman, he was very informative, and gave us a great deal on our mattress!
The reason I am giving 3 stars is due to the delivery of the mattress and box springs. They came in two different shipments and was very inconvenient. We waited almost 12 hours one day for one of the deliveries. We were told we would be one of the first deliveries in the morning but the delivery didn’t come until 8pm!
I will recommend Mattress HQ to our friends.

Just learned a tremendous amount of usable information about mattresses, adjustable bases and sleep quality from Mack at Mattress HQ on Broadway in Tyler. We entered with an expectation of buying a frame and bought an Innova adjustable base and an Mlily mattress.
We feel we made a well informed decision after visiting with Mack. He is very knowledgable about sleep health and the bedding industry. Mattress HQ is run with a «small business» mentality where a customer is held in high esteem. The mattresses they sell are mainly made in Texas with the «buy local» thought that keeps jobs in Texas.
We highly recommend Mattress HQ and the Manager Mack. Can’t wait to get our new bed with «white glove» delivery from Mattress HQ!
