I lived here with my best friend about 2 years ago. Its really quiet and calm. The staff was always nice and gave us no problems. The doors to your apartments are inside a hallways. When you first walk in the building you should be quiet because the hallway echos and makes anything you do or say REALLY loud for any apartment.
So long as you don’t throw loud parties you will get along great here. There is not a whole lot of parking though. :/​But it is nice that it is right on broadway.
