Excellent customer service is a rarity these days– especially, in east Texas. With this said, I was actually surprised that RB Roofing honored their roof warranty, and after a few days of phone tag, they showed up at our casa.
Reputation is everything, and with the online Unilocalers gaining attention, even in the piney woods of east Texas, word travels fast. If you’re a crook, word gets out. If you’re one of the few honorable businesses these days, word gets out.
