This beautiful B&B is perfectly hidden away in the heart of Tyler, TX. I had the opportunity to stay the evening and by far this place breathes every ounce of hospitality and service. The rooms /suites are perfectly decorated to amuse the most demanding traveler. The accommodations far surpass most B&B and the owners are truly delightful and warm. As a professional hotelier, I give the Rosevine 10-stars. Well done!

Great bed & breakfast in Tyler. Stayed in the Sherlock house and it was very cozy and comfortable. Bert and Becca are great hosts and immediately made us feel like we were staying with old friends. The house is also only about a 15 minute walk from the Tyler city square which was pretty cool. Not that you need to go anywhere as there are plenty of relaxing nooks and crannies to explore at the house. Breakfast was great too, homemade biscuits and an awesome frittata cooked in a cast iron skillet.

This was also my first time at a bed and breakfast and have to agree, there are no words to describe how wonderful it was. Bert and Becca are extremely friendly and welcoming. The outdoor areas are beautiful and there are so many things to do(swing, horseshoes, ping pong, Bocce ball and more!). We stayed in the Sherlock house and it was clean, cool and very comfortable. I love the history of the place. Finally, breakfast was amazing! I really enjoyed dining with the owners and other guests. We were only able to stay one night, but can’t wait to come back! This place is a must see!

This was my first time staying at a B&B and I’ve got to hand it to the Mr. — he did well. Really really well. If you’re planning a romantic getaway with your loved one, then you MUST stay at the Rosevine if you go to Tyler, or any of the surrounding areas. You will not regret it. Bert and Becca are so welcoming and the place is just BREATHTAKING!!! I wish I could write about the entire experience but I don’t have the words for it. I just wish we stayed longer than one night. I honestly didn’t want to leave. :( HIGHLY recommended for anniversaries or romantic weekends. …But it doesn’t have to be. Anyway, four rooms. Two have separate beds, the other two are for couples. We stayed in the Bluebonnet that had an attached bathroom. I’m not too sure if there are bathrooms in the other rooms. ALL rooms looked lovely though. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in a long time. They cater to any diet(we are vegetarians)!!
