Called to get flowers delivered to a friends mom who’s in the hospital. We are from San Diego and found this place on Unilocal.The woman on the phone was kind, and patient while helping with the hospital location and picking out a nice arrangement. I would recommend and use again.

Excellence, a last minute order for my anniversary over the phone with little to go on plus a time limit. They pulled it off and she cried with joy. The shop man (I’m assuming the owner) delivered the order in person to ensure an on time delivery. She totally loves the arrangement and all I told him was her favorite rose and favorite color. The price was excellent too!!!

Update… this florist has done it again!!! Easy phone order as 1−2−3! Super nice lady who helped me over the phone and excellent customer service. The last order I placed a few months ago was delivered as promised and the arrangement was spectacular! I have zero doubt they will deliver the same quality bouquet like before. Thank you for being my florist in Tyler while I’m in California!
