First time we’ve used these guys. Thought the price was reasonable, dropped off clothes on Thursday. Came back to pickup on Friday when they said they’d be ready… and was told to come back after 5. Came back on Saturday at 2 o’clock (7÷25÷2015) and when we arrived there was a sign on the door that said «back in 5 minutes»… We waited until 2:35…yes 35 minutes… In the meantime I called the number, heard the phone ringing inside etc… nobody answered.
At 2:35 when the lady came out if the back she opened the door, I said that was more than any 5 minutes, we’ve been here for more than 30 minutes. She was like absolutely not even phased. She took my receipts and looked at the sign on the door I suppose to confirm what it said.
She took my money, never apologized and we were off.
I’ll never go back unfortunately. I wouldn’t recommend them.
