Bartenders make perfect drinks for me and the healthy club sandwich I had this weekend, while not cut club style, was very enjoyable. The Bar staff make me feel very welcome. I will return there as often as I can.

Attending a conference at the hotel for the week and had an hour lunch break on first day. Sat down and waited almost 10 minutes to get waited on with water waited another 5+ minutes for waiter to get order. When all said and done from time of seating until getting check took over 1 hour 20 minutes. Had Tomato Crab soup which was very flavorful occupied by half sandwich of Mediterranean Avocado. Sandwich okay but on the bland side. The soup was good but the extremely slow service is the reason for only one star. Would have been no stars if not for the soup. Facility very ill prepared for lunch crowd and not very packed at that. Fellow attendee at another table mentioned that waiter took it upon himself to bring attendees meal out in a too go container while the rest of the group was served normally.

Unless staying at Sheraton, don’t bother. Food was mediocre at best. As an appetizer we ordered tomato soup, came out cold, and bruschetta which was served as a bowl of diced tomato and onions and another bowl of toast points and chips. While mildly tasty, wasn’t exactly what I would expect. Also ordered a Caesar salad which was romaine leaves with half a bottle of dressing poured on it.

If you want terrible, rude, and slow service then this is the place for you! If this is not what you look for in a restaurant, STAYAWAY! I sat for ~30 minutes, trying to get someone to wait on my party of three for dinner. When I asked a server if I could order a drink she replied with«I bring you water». Three people ordered. Server didn’t write anything down. Two of the three meals came out wrong. No check back. Another long wait to get the bill(after asked for it). And no return so that our cards could be run(to actually pay). Had to flag down the busboy for that. The food is mediocre at best(which is just slightly better than the quality of service).

This restaurant and bar is at Sheraton Tyson’s. Breakfast buffet for $ 18.95? It would be worth it if you can get an omelette, but was satisfied with it. However, glad it was included in our room rate for me and my family and guests. Expanded breakfast buffet which includes eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, either waffles or French toast, cereal, fruit, meat with cheeses, and a different Sheraton hot food selection, which changes daily. Waiters were fast in clearing plates and drink refills too. For the bar, the 3 nights I was there, the bartenders were pleasant enough and my drinks tasted fine. Your standard hotel restaurant and bar and nicely decorated compared to most.

Well, food got definitely better than a year ago. Food was good even though they came out cold. I remembered why I stayed away from this restaurant. BADSERVICE!!! Same lazy staff. We can tell the waitress was lazy and keep disappearing. There was only 2 other tables that were occupied and waitress only came to take order and dropped off our food, no refill for our drinks. We had to track down waitress to pay our bill at the end. All the staffs stood next to the bar and busy talking to each other and did everything in their power to avoid making eye contact with us. These people don’t know the meaning of hospitality. My friend and I kept our eyes on two other tables just to see if she was busy with them but NO, she was consistent with other tables, doing disappearing act. For food, I would have given 4 stars for being served cold(otherwise 5 stars quality food) but for service, if I can, I would’ve given –5 stars. Just for the service, I can say with confidence, this restaurant has THEWORST waitress/service I ever experienced. I will never go back there ever again.

The Unilocal reviews were mixed — you never know how that’s going to go. I took my team here for a working breakfast this morning. The space is large and laid out nicely, pleasant enough atmosphere. It’s clear breakfast buffet is the norm because we weren’t provided with menus. You’ll instantly get your orange juice and coffee, but after 20 min of talking and waiting, we realized menus weren’t provided automatically. Our waiter was a nice guy, but you could tell he was used to folks getting buffets and he would be prompt with drinks and refills. That’s about it. The food took about 40 min for breakfast, which is a really long time and I was concerned we wouldn’t even have time to eat since it took 1 hour before we finally got food. The food was unimpressive. Nothing stood out in the slightest. Even the sliced tomatoes were a bit soggy. It’s not worth calling out any items either. Nobody was very happy with what they got, and the prices were between $ 10 – 20 per plate. I would not recommend going here, at least for breakfast. The buffet is standard and what you’d expect at a lower chain than a Sheraton. We won’t be back.

Overpriced sugary and salty food. Not healthy at all. Once they tried to charge me $ 18 for a $ 4 beer. Not cool. Awesome when the windows are open on a nice day. Too many children(like under 10-years old) crying at the bar and hearing adult conversations. Fake exclusivity attempts with large numbers of tables with reserve signs when those tables were not really reserved. Lame.

Great food and the servers there always remember me(I come to this hotel various times throughout the year for business) — they were swamped this time around and always made sure that if food and drink service was a bit slow they made up for it in how the treated their customers. I travel to the Sheraton Tysons Corner three times a year on business. I looks forward to eating at the Brix and Ale as the food is great. The servers are friendly. My favorite two servers always remember me as well which makes my visits for business always feel pleasant thank you Astar and Rigat for always taking such great care of me!

I do not like to bash places with negative reviews, however, this spot needs some crucial guidance in the way it’s ran. Given the fact that it was a blizzard outside, and I do completely understand and sympathize with the situation, but there weren’t a lot of tables being taken care of, and there were 4 waitresses, we were completely neglected on every level. If a customer has to flag someone down to grab drinks, then you know there’s a problem. Our party of 2 had to go to the bar, order our drinks, and our eaters, AND complain about the food we ordered which was severely over cooked(a steak, and salmon). The manager, who was working hard, finally came around, and did offer a a discount, which I refused only to have him come the orders, which would have been the right thing to do. Also, he did offer the replace the entrees, only to ensure there was a LONG wait. The hotel staff were more than accommodating, and really did make our stay THAT much more pleasant.

My experience a couple previous visits were decent but this evening was terrible. There are big signs in the hotel elevator stating that food was available in the lounge until midnight. I got there a little after 11:30pm on a Saturday. There were no seats open at the bar so I sat at one of the tables. There were two men in front of me wearing the restaurant uniform and aprons so I presume they were servers. They were watching a football game on the TV above the bar. I waited ten minutes and no one acknowledged me much less took my order. I finally went to the end of the bar and the bartender eventually came over and asked what she could get me. I asked for a cheese plate and she said the kitchen was closed, even though it was only 11:45. They only had four beer taps and I ordered one of them, Anchor Steam. She said they were out.

We stopped by this hotel restaurant/bar near closing for a late night dinner. It was okay and served the convenience factor well. The menu wasn’t phenomenal, but I went with a Turkey Sandwich that came with cheese and avocado. It was better than I expected, but still nothing to write home about. Prices were a few bucks above what they probably should have been. We sat at the bar, I had a glass of wine. It was okay. An exact pour comes from the machine behind the bar. If you’re staying at the Sheraton, it’s a decent option if you’re in a bind. I wouldn’t rely on it and I’d use Unilocal to find some other options nearby.

I have been here a couple of times for networking events. I am not sure if the service is bad in general or if they just do not know how to handle a crowd. I waited over 15 minutes at the bar to get a very small glass of wine. Needless to say I was not going to bother with another. The only foods I have had thus far are appetizers which were fine but certainly not anything special.

The service is fine during lunch hours because there is no one else in the restaurant. However, the food was not so good. I got their veggie wrap which was DISGUSTING. It was basically lettuce wrapped in a «whole wheat» tortilla. Which was clearly not whole wheat. Not going here again.
