I tried to buy a couch here, and it ended up not fitting through my front door so I had to return it. The manager was so helpful and patient, and singlehandedly carried the couch back and forth when we bought it and then returned it. I don’t remember his name, but that guy deserves a raise.

This is the dirtiest filthiest Big Lots I have ever been in. Dirty floors. Trash every where. One check out line. No fun at all. Yuk

Worst customer service I have ever encountered! !! Bought a couch on black friday was told it would take several weeks to arrive. .everytime we went to check on the status we were treated very rudely by 3 different female clerks on 3 different occasions. Only act of kindness came from the management team. Will not be shopping there again
