Grants Glass installed beautiful new energy efficient windows in my home and recently replaced my cracked windshield. Very happy with the service I have received and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The glass chip repair remained visible. Appears to have chipped off. Owner alleges normal to have it change with the varying temperatures. Stated Ukiah has «extreme» changes. (Ha!) Was told by other glass worker it was done incorrectly. Called and voice message was ignored. Called again and was told when the owner would be in. When I showed the owner the issue he said it would hold and that that type of rock chip would show. Never have had that experience with any other glass chips in the past that were repaired by other glass repair shops. Owner said other glass repair company was «full of shit.» No offer to replace the windshield. Owner claimed it was the original windshield. Then employee said it was a replaced windshield. They can’t even agree. Don’t know what they are talking about. Regardless, don’t recommend because of the quality of repair, lack of customer service, and colorful language. If 0 stats were available, would click. Don’t use if you have Allstate. They won’t insure/​guarantee their bad repairs. Customer blamed for having car «bake» in the sun.
