Jack in the Box

The worst food I’ve ever had at Jack in the box. Slow service, all the food was under cooked. My girlfriend and I had food poisoning in the middle of the night. Her breakfast sandwich was burnt to the crisp, our tacos were undercooked, I don’t even want to guess what was wrong with the egg rolls. Someone needs to find a new damn job.

Sandwich would have been good if the chicken didn’t taste like it was from yesterday, service was average

Slow as hell. 2 item order. Had to pull around to the front and wait. Messed up the order. REALLY! NEVER AGAIN. Not to mention the homeless/​transients hanging around the drive thru. Like I said before NEVER AGAIN!

This place can never get my order right! It’s a pretty simple order when I order the ultimate cheese burger I like it the original way it used to be made so I order it with only mayo. So yesterday I go through the drive thru and place my order I was in a rush so didn’t check it till I got to my destination. So I open the box and see ketchup on the box. I take the top bun off and it has ketchup and mustard with no mayo. This seems to happen a lot but not just at this location. It seems that they just can’t grasp the idea of making the order the way it’s placed. So make sure you check you order before you leave the window or counter.

My grandparents don’t go to jack in the crack very often. But it seems everytime they do they seem to screw up the order every time. Doesn’t matter if they ask for one thing or five things; the order is always wrong. There’s no point in even trying to go back to fix it either because they didn’t give us a receipt and they won’t fix the order without one. This place is a joke.

Barely able to understand you they will mess up your order every time!

Ugh, again ugh!!! The employees are horrible and always have rap music playing. They are more worried about talking to there co workers then getting the meal right. Always have attitudes, never respectful, and just suck. They definitely need a huge lesson in customer service or have a regional manager come down and shadow then… Gross

The week of Christmas I purchased a Sour Dough Cheeseburger. The burger came and was very dry. There was 7 or 8 pieces of the hamburger. The hamburger patty had been torn apart and was in lots of small pieces. I was already on the freeway or I would have returned it. Today Jan 09, 2015 I got the new Chipotle Chicken Sandwich. The piece of chicken was thin and very dry. It is sad they actually serve stuff like this to the public. The piece of meat so thin and hard I could toss it around like disk. The meat is actually 2 mm thick, or about just a touch over an ¹⁄₈ of an inch. So needless to say, it looks nothing like the picture. NOTHING. So that is two strikes in a month. Not sure if I willing to ever go back to chance strike 3.

I love Jack in the Box, but this one was one of the worst I’ve ever been to. Though they’re speedy, EVERY time I’ve been there, I get cold fries. Sometimes they’re luke warm, but fries are suppose to be hot! Very disappointing especially when their motto is «we don’t make it ’til you order it»…ugh…

Sandwich served on a stale bun that fell apart in my hands. Fries were cold. Staff struggle with simple, common English words. I generally like Jack in the Box but this is the worst one I’ve been to.

Quick lunch on the road means sometimes fast food is the way to go. People here are amazingly friendly and the food was decent. Overall when in the area will come back.

In Ukiah, this is one of the few ‘fast food’ places that is fast, usually. It’s not bad, but it’s certainly not exceptional. I’ve been probably ten or so times. Of these times, once, they screwed up my order and gave me the wrong burger (didn’t notice until I got home), and one other time the service was ridiculously slow. For the latter, I placed a to-​go order inside. The order was simple: One Sourdough Jack, and one large curly fries. I counted seven cars go through the drive-​through out the window, and watched as other similar looking food was served to them for around 8 – 10 minutes until my order was finally presented.
They usually do provide reasonable service — the kind you don’t expect in Ukiah. If I were in the area, in a hurry, and wanted an ok fast food meal, I’d go here over anyplace else. I’ve had a couple of bad experiences though, so be prepared just in case.

This is an unusually good Jack In the Box: the only one I’ve ever been to where the stuff actually looks like it does in the ads.
There’s also really cheap gas nearby.

Does anyone wash there hands???

I watched all the workers take orders handle money then go back and handle food with there there hands… no wash no gloves. Nasty!
I even saw one employee eating food then without washing her hands pick up chicken and make a sandwich wtf!

I agree this Jack in the Box fast food has very friendly staff:) and I could say this because I worked here for 2 years:) 2007 – 2008. I really enjoyed working here because of the fact the management really knew what they were doing, they treat their employees well witch in return give great customer service. The food is good too, I like the fact they have more options like jalapeño poppers, and potato cheese wedges, and chicken pitas unlike other fast food restaurants. One of my favorite, and I could even compare to a restaurant is their mozzarella cheese sticks. They are the bomb! They also have the best buttermilk ranch dipping sauce! I do recommend for good fast– food and great customer service:)

I don’t normally eat fast food, but on a recent business trip, I needed something FAST. I was blown away by how friendly everyone behind the counter was (Never happen where I live) THey even smiled and looked like they meant it. food was, well Jack in the Box. But Thanks for the service and smile.

I’m beginning to think that the population of Ukiah can make any chain store/​restaurant successful and likeable! After a run into Wal-​Mart, I was on the prowl for NOW food. I had another 2 hr drive going south through SF and towards San Mateo and I needed substance!
Jack in the Cracks it is! Drive-​thru was a breeze, the cashier/​to-​go person was really really friendly and super cute! Anyhow, it’s super rare to see someone smile in a fast-​food joint — what a pleasant surprise!
Got a chicken pita w/​fries and a Diet Coke. The pita was stuffed w/​slightly salted grilled chicken and super green/​crisp lettuce, juicy chopped tomatoes… not perfect as a drive food, but definitely yummy! Fries — good! If I continuously ate fast food, I’d have no problem coming here!
