I attended a Chamber of Commerce Mixer here last night. What great and friendly staff. I got a super blinged out iPhone case and I will be coming in soon to get my account switched over from AT&T!

While this place does get busy I have received nothing but great service here. Especially Roger. He was training a new person and helped every person BEYOND what each expected! He even loaned the store phone to a lady who couldn’t be quiet if she were in a coma. (Quite distracting)
Roger gets 6 stars! Good job!

We love US Cellular. I’m not thrilled with the Ukiah store as they often seem to be short-​handed and crowded, but the staff is always helpful. The service from US Cell is fantastic. We’ve used our phones from Oregon, Virginia City, NV and even inside the Waldo Tunnel coming north from San Francisco. The customer service people are wonderful whenever I’ve had to call for help.
