Terrible. Extremely slow & it looked like they were closing already when it was 6PM. There were two people working but only one person helping while the other waited in back/watched from the cash register. Honestly took 20+ minutes and took us longer to order than it did to eat.

Évaluation du lieu : 3 Unadilla, GA
I have eaten at this subway many times over the years since it is one of the closest places to eat around me(note: Unadilla is limited in places to eat) my sandwiches have always been good but service is extremely slow. ALWAYS. I waited 20 minutes one day with only 6 people in front of me and the customer service has not always been top notch. It has recently improved(not sure if it’s because I have been in earlier in the day than usual) but for quite some time, I avoided it due to the extremely rude employees. While Unadilla Subway wouldn’t be my first choice it is tasty. Just not so great in the customer service area.

Évaluation du lieu : 2 Atlanta, GA
On the drive back up to Atlanta from a «business trip» further down in south Georgia, my co-workers and I decided to stop at this Subway to grab a quick bite to eat. We still had about two hours left to get back ITP, so we wanted to get moving as soon as possible, but we didn’t want to grab greasy, unhealthy fast food. This Subway seemed to be perfect. The four of us arrived around 9 pm, and the place was fairly quiet. However, there was only one employee who was preparing each of our sandwiches, and she was extremely slow. How slow? Well, one of my three co-workers was done eating his sandwich by the time I paid for mine. THAT slow. As a couple more customers entered the restaurant, another employee came out from the back to help. It would have been nicer if she had come out sooner. I ordered their current $ 5 footlong special — the Spicy Italian. This contains spicy pepperoni and salami. I wanted mine on Honey Oat bread, but I was told that they only had white, wheat, and the flatbread available. I guess the bread options are limited when it’s late at night. However, I had never experienced before this at any other late-night Subway stop. Not cool. With the limited options for bread, I chose the white. I asked for the shredded cheese and requested my sandwich to be toasted. As for additional toppings, I got lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, and Chipotle Southwest sauce. Although hardly spicy, the Chipotle Southwest sauce adds a nice little kick. Although it took what felt like forever to get my toasted sandwich, ultimately it cost me merely $ 5 plus tax and I had half a sandwich left to enjoy the next day. Additionally, the sandwich itself tasted pretty good, even though it would have been way better on my favorite Honey Oat bread. Overall, this Subway gets 2.5 stars for their good and fresh sandwiches, but their service was just too slow. The two employees were friendly, but that doesn’t make up for the slow pace. I also didn’t appreciate the limited options of bread available at 9 pm. I probably won’t return to this Subway, but service is probably better during the earlier hours. [Review 312 of 366]
