I have been doing business with Bliss for years (I run a computer repair business).
In all the years buying from them I got one dead screen. RMA was quick and painless.
One hint order with the actual screen model found on back of the screen.

I ordered a Dell Inspiron 1545 at their website
. I ordered it on Monday and I received by Thursday. The price was pretty decent for the screen. I had read some reviews online and was not sure what to expect, but I was happily surprised. I received the screen intact and it works great with my laptop. I had a few issues installing so I called them at their office and someone picked up right away. Maria helped me and stayed with me on the phone while I removed my old screen and installed the new one. If I ever need to replace my laptop screen again, I will definitely be going there.

As a laptop repair center, I have purchased many LCDs from Bliss. Pricing is usually fairly competitive. More recently I have found DOA LCDs to be more frequent. I most recently sent back a DOA LCD. They refunded me the purchase price but would not refund shipping either way. I paid $ 14.99 for the part to be shipped to me and paid $ 10 UPS Ground to ship the part back. I was willing to eat the $ 10 return shipping. but for them to not return my $ 14.99 shipping for sending me a bad product is just silly. This is the last time our 3 service centers use this place.
