Very nice, warm and inviting! My nail tech was verrry nice and friendly! They also serve complimentary water and lemonade!

Cindy did my Spa Pedicure and she did an awesome job. This is a beautiful salon and I always receive great service!

Normally I have nothing but great things to say about this salon. However today has been the worst service that I’ve received since coming here from the moment I walked in to meeting the host up until now. The host was a young male who is not friendly nor does he seem very personable. Linda is whom I’m typically greeted by but she is not here today. I asked for S&S and a pedicure only to have my nail tech rush through the pedicure process, and it was NOT relaxing at all! And after about 30 minutes later, I’m still waiting to get my nails done. I AM NOT PLEASED!

Nancy and Tanzy are the best. I have been going to them since it opened.

Like prior review stated. Very nice establishment but one of the worst nail services I’ve received! I got a basic pedicure by a young lady and it had to be no more than 10 minutes long! I understood that with it being a basic pedi that it wouldn’t be top notch but it should not have been 10 min and the finished job was horrible. I still had dead skin around toenails, unpainted sides and my baby toe wasn’t even polished all the way! I will not be going back, I don’t care how «extravagant» the environment it. I will rather much go to an average salon with great service !

Ha very nice establishment décor wise, can’t say the same for what one actually goes here for which are nails. The guy doing my nails seemed to be in a rush to go nowhere, and was showing his agitation when I showed him a nail that wasn’t painted properly.
Tried a guy before him and he ruined the shape of my nails.
They have a new girl named Tori who did a great job on my mom’s nails will try her next time.

I am not playing. WORST salon EVER. The service is terrible, I asked a manager for clarification on their happy hour and he was very rude. You can tell The technicians are not properly equipped. My full set looked chunky and uneven. Not only that, but they cut me when receiving my pedicure and didn’t even take some $$ off! I don’t care how nice it looks when you walk in, the service is bad. Don’t waste your money, b/​c they pay customers for these good reviews.

I enjoyed them however I was told I couldn’t redeem my glass of wine which should just be taking off! Either then that they are awesome

If there were an option for zero stars I would. I normally spend quite a bit of money on my nails but the service here was unappreciative. When I walked in I mentioned to the ladies up front that I wanted to have my nails soaked off because one was cracked in the middle. One girl blurts out and says «Thats going to take forever! You’ll be in here for like 2 or 3 hours» I don’t understand why that matters if I’m paying for the service. So a woman proceeds to do my nails, and let me start off by mentioning how she wasn’t paying attention to what I was asking for. While the woman was taking off my nails bits of nail hit my face, and she stabbed me TWICE and damn near yanked my nail off when I told her it was cracked. I wanted it soaked off and no one gave a damn. The woman handled my nails roughly. So at that point I let her know I will not be finishing my service and from there she tried to offer soaking the nail. I left.
Also the coupon for a free glass of wine with any service is not true. When I asked about the wine the technician told me it was only for pedicures.
If you expect good customer service and your technician to pay attention to your needs I would not recommend this place!
If you’re looking for a great salon I would recommend Cleopatra nails at Campcreek Marketplace. I went there after the horrible service at Chan and Bay and there were wonderful, and my technician even fixed my nail!

So the first time I came here I bought the $ 20 for $ 15 from Unilocal and when I tried to use it she told me I couldn’t use it it had to be the second visit, which isn’t stated on the app and further more how do you know how many times ive visited being there is no type of database to refer to. Ok so I still get my nails done and within 2 weeks 5 different nails broke and I am not the type to break nails, so I come back to use my $ 20 and as soon as I tell her she so abruptly said you cant use that it has to be your second time. After disputing with her that it was my second time one week later I have 2 broken nails. NEVER AGAIN. Nice aroma and décor but the service SUCKS

I give this place 3 stars because the atmosphere is nice and welcoming but the service I received was lacking.
I came for a fill-​in, with gel polish already on my nails. The technician was so rough removing the polish, my nails began to hurt. I told him and he eased up so that was good.
He had to fix two nails that were broken and ended up getting a thick layer of acrylic under both nails. This is actually an easy fix, but i was a little scared. When he began filing after doing the fill-​in he got close to my cuticle on a few nails. I didn’t ask for a new tech because everyone has to learn and a person can improve if you don’t give criticism. I was scared to have him drill under my nails for this reason, but he did well.
A different tech ended up coming to polish my nails, and this is where I got a little irritated. I selected a gel color, that ended up not being available. When he came back to tell me that the color wasn’t available and to select a different one, i asked for him to check two colors and he didn’t like that. He seemed irritated that I would ask him to look for two colors, but I figured it was easier than having him go back and forth. Well by the time he painted that new color on 3 nails, I realized I hated it the way it looked on my fingers and I asked him to change it — he really had an attitude now. But it was before I had to go under the UV light so it was an easy fix.
The upside is that my nails still look good after 2 weeks. Oh and if you want to get the 20% off your first visit, make an appointment, otherwise they’ll just offer $ 5 for walk ins.
Despite everything, I would go back and give them another try, just different techs next time. I’ll update thie review when i go.

The salon is very clean which is very important. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful. I did not have to wait long, and I love my gel manicure. I also like that the salon offers incentives to their customers.

I have been looking for a nail salon in Union City and I finally found one that I love! They exceeded all of my expectations! They have several gel polish colors to choose from and also offer a variety of different services. Jason did a wonderful job with my pedicure! They also have a happy hour special Monday-​Thursday from 11 – 2 in which you get 20% off of your services! Thank you so much and I will definitely be returning.

The first time I came here on a Friday 20 minute wait… not bad for a Friday. A guy started on my gel manicure then the owner stopped him to go do another customer’s nail. I didn’t really like it so much but the Owner/​Manger started going my nails herself it was fine as long as someone was doing them. Second time was OK my feet wasn’t soft after the pedicure. But they gave you the items they used on ur feet aferwards in a plastic bag. Customer service is pretty good for a nail shop.

I’ve gone twice. Each time the wait was super long. The salon is very large, but there doesn’t seem to be enough employees. Management seems to force the workers to move quickly which leads to rushed service. I gave them a second try but I don’t plan on going back.
