Dunkin’ Donuts

I went to get coffee early in the morning on 12÷17÷14 at the Dunkin Donuts in Jersey City, Store #348 578,. This was by far, the worst experience I have ever had at Dunkin Donuts or any coffee shop for that matter, in my life! The cashier Tony (identified as Anthony C on my receipt) was very rude and easily agitated by my questions. I asked him if sugar comes in the Hot Latte and he immediately gave me backlash and said I could have whatever I wanted in it. That clearly wasn’t my question — I wanted to know what it already consisted of. He charged me $ 3.31 (w/​tax, base price $ 3.09) for a small (I always pay $ 2.79 total in the city) so I asked if that price was right. He says yes and points to the menu showing me that the Medium Latte is under $ 3 as the base price — again with a horrible attitude. I asked why is the medium cheaper and how much is it with tax — Tony, very flustered and annoyed, says it would be $ 2.99 total for the medium. He should have told me this before he swiped my card. I asked him to change the size and refund me the difference and he begins to slam stuff down. He gives me $.32 in change for the difference and almost refused to give me my original receipt until I demanded a copy of both. This is totally unacceptable and I will never go to that location again. Furthermore, I competed a survey regarding this experiece requsting Dunkin Donuts to contact me and I have yet to hear from them, now a week later.
