I contacted GMJ for repairing my 25 year old Sub-​Zero refrigerator! I agree its little hard to setup the appointment and get them out to your place (lady on the phone doesn’t speak english, works out if you know spanish). But once you do get them out to your home, you realize that they are a simple family run business that is not trying to take advantage of you because you own an expensive fridge or seem like you are in dire need of their services. The prices are very fair and Jon, the technician that came over to my place was respectful, polite and knowledgable. I have saved his number for future needs.

THE WORST!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This is not a joke they are awful they don’t keep appointments and they don’t follow through on anything! Mickey Mouse operation! Avoid them call Sears or another reputable company!

TERRIBLE! I called last week to make an appointment to have my refrigerator fixed this week. The guy first gave me another number to call — that should have been my first clue. Second clue was the phone was answered with just «hello». Third, the guy couldn’t tell the difference between 11am and 11:30am. Anyway, here comes and goes the appointment time. I call, they don’t know who I am. They reschedule for noon. It comes and goes as well. I call again and they don’t speak English so I can’t even cancel to make sure they don’t show up and expect to be let in. Never, ever use this company.
