If you want to wait 2 to 4 hours with an appointment them please go here. They don’t call you to confirm your appointments and cancel them on the fly. I called on a Monday to confirm the appointment for the following Tuesday. Took the day off from work and when I got there was told my appointment was cancelled with no detail as to how. You would think with the amount of GIRLS they have working there they would detail something so mundane. Most of those GIRLS only job is to write notes in the software program they use. I was told they would see me but would have to wait 2 — 4 hours. Is that with or without an appointment you ask, without an appointment probably need to add 2 more hours. So I left, 4 quarters in meter wasted better than 4 hours. In my past visits there it’s been 3 or 4 hours. They have a parking lot but not for patients so get ready to feed the meter every 2 hours & watch where you park or your car is ticketed for street sweeping. They have TWO waiting rooms you wait in before even seeing the doctor you came to see. I’d understand if you have to wait a certain time for whatever drops to start working on your eyes but they put everyone in that 2^nd room. 1) In the first room you wait twice b/​c they run an exam in the hallway & sit you back down. 2) Once you get in consult room the GIRL takes notes, runs exam & sends you to the 2^nd waiting room. 3) Finally called from 2^nd waiting room to another consult room where you wait to see doctor. So after 2 waiting rooms & 2 consult rooms sometimes 3 because they had to move you for whatever reason, you are left dizzy& worried about your car outside. It wasn’t like that maybe they took on more than they can chew (oh the greed). I will never go there again and suggest you think twice. Not even the doctors stick around.

The majority of their clients are old, so they dont have a voice online to leave reviews, after waiting an hour and 20 minues passed my appointment that i booked three weeks ago, i checked their Unilocal reviews and seen one where a patient claimed they waited 2 – 4 hours, then i over heard a convo a lady said shes been waiting 3 and half hours with an appointment thats ridiculous. So u book ur appoinments 2 – 3 weeks in advance n u still cant attend me at appointment time ?! They r taking walkins it seems along with their appointments

We were recommended this place by our ophthalmologists. The staff was friendly enough. They were a chatty bunch amongst themselves. They moved us to get tests done maybe 30 minutes after we arrived. Then we were told to wait for the doctor… And we waited and waited, almost 3hours after we arrived, we are still waiting. This is ridiculous. We will not be back.
