Kroger Co

Average gas prices but very depressed looking people… The mall across the street is closed and has a for sale sign on it. The neighborhood looked less than desirable.

I guess my review won’t be as harsh as some of the other reviewers here. It was an older Kroger & not as nice or well kept as some of the others that I’ve been too. But the Walmart down the street is much worse so i’ll take this place. I only purchase a few things but now that i’m reading some of the reviews I guess I better pay closer attention when I go here. I’ll have to update this once I’ve been to this place a few times.

Okay know here is another location I would rather give a 0! I guess it is something with the businesses on this side of town, but the service is horrible!!! I did some late night grocery shopping and the shelves were almost bare, and for the most part you can expect that but not completely empty of just about every daily food item you need. I asked the sales clerk if an employee could please get me a particular box of cereal from the back and she said unfortunately NO! She stated that she would ask but she already knew the answer would be NO! She actually told me that as soon as I leave they were about to restock the shelves anyway, so ask well why not give me a box of cereal now, she said I don’t know and kept ringing up my items and gave me my total as if I never even ask anything, so I just paid and left! If it wasn’t for the points and discounts on the gas I wouldn’t patron this place at all!!!

Always busy. Could be cleaner. Customers are usually rude but the staff is friendly. I find that the prices in this location are higher for the same items as they are at the Kroger’s that I frequent. Gas runs about the same as other Kroger’s in town but still it tends to be more expensive here than say in Henry County. I only stop here when my mom wants something and I don’t feel like going to Walmart.
