Love this place. I normally get he dish with the churrasco and chicken with white rice black beans. Some tostones and a salad with aguacate. It is to die for. It’s really the only thing I have had there lol. Breakfast is good too ALL of it. My pops is an old school Cuban man and he loves their oxtails. One of my go to Cuban places

YUM! I love authentic spots and trying new stuff. I came with my friend and her boyfriend and we had the funniest server, who kept saying things like«your eyes are pretty» and«you make me nervous», LOL! I’ll be sure to stop by again, probably for the baby churrasco, because that’s what I had when I came here and it was delicious. My friend’s boyfriend had the same thing and he ate every last thing, too.

All I can say is YUMMMM. We started with chicken soup and some of the best chiccarone I’ve ever had. Crisp and delicious. OMG they are like candy. I had the baby Churassco with yellow rice and black beans. I wanted to lick the plate. The maduro were so sweet and yummy that I just couldn’t stop. My BF had bisec ensebollado with white rice and beans. Avocado to round out the meal. OMG it was just heaven on a plate.

Love this spot! Good food, so inexpensive(2 for $ 5 Cubans, etc. etc.), and quick! Their chicharron is delicious and sold by the pound. Nicely marinated and cooked fresh so it’s hot and crispy! On Sunday’s they have the tamal en casuela and it’s hearty with great flavor. Definitely would come back here if I wanted something quick. The only downside is street parking, but good thing that doesn’t affect how delicious the food is!

Wanna have a good time with good food and great people? This is the spot to do just that! It such a homey place. They easily accommodated our group of about 11 people. The service is spectacular and the food is wonderful. The portions are humungo, so you will definitely need a doggie bag for leftovers. I got bistec with arroz Moro and a side of tostones. Everyone else in my family got something that looked and smelled equally delicious. I didn’t pay but my dad voiced that the price was really reasonable and actually surprising for the amount of food and the service provided. I wish I knew the name of our waiter because I would definitely request him if I get the chance to eat here again(all I remember is that he had a music note tattooed on his neck). Moral of the story, eat here! You will not be disappointed!

The most displeasing experience ever!!! So as I was trying to enjoy my food with family, I see a roach crawling up their wall. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it and just grabbed it with a napkin but shortly I saw that one roach, 4 more of different sizes came out. One was even on the table. So as we tell the waitress, she acts like she didn’t know and goes to tell her boss, as we wait to see what they would do, we see a huge roach on the floor. The waitress comes back and tells her that they had just exterminated the day before and advices the owner to close for one day but clearly she didn’t. As we stand there and tell the owner the displeasing experience, she could have cared less and still charged us full price for our meals even thou we literally had to sit there and eat with a family of roaches. Very disgusting and gross. You can tell that this is an ongoing problem as their floors were very flithy and not well maintained. I would recommend staying away from this place unless you like your food with a side of roaches !!! GROSS !!!

Love this place! We have to come here every time we visit. Delicious food and friendly service. We get a wide variety of food from croquetas and empanadas to chicken and rice and an assortment of great sandwiches like steak, Cuban and croqueta preparadas. We have never had a bad meal so any choice is a good choice. Give this one a try if you are in the area you won’t regret it!

Really good authentic Cuban food at the most reasonable prices. The tamal en casuela is delicious and just like homemade. The Cuban sandwich is not very big but the price is great two for $ 5.50 you just can’t go wrong

This review was so long overdue, I have been coming to this place for years. The food is amazing and the quality of everything is very consistent. Prices are amazing for the quality and quantity. Tried so many different dishes and I haven’t yet found one that was a disappointment. Being on Bergenline ave where there is tons of competition I will still continue to come here over the rest. Give this place a try you will not be disapponited.

The food here is delicious, the service is quick and courteous, and the best part is that it’s CHEAP! I had the ropa veija(shredded beef) with a side order of tostones(fried plantains). They both were cooked and seasoned to perfection! Those 2 things were around $ 8 for the both of them! I have also tried the pan con bistec(steak sandwich). It was also cooked well, and the sandwich overall was tasty. And the churros… are also amazing! They’re 10CENTSEACH! I got 30 churros to share with my family for only $ 3! The staff was friendly and speedy! I would definitely recommend this place for a quick, cheap but tasty bite of Cuban food!

Cuban sandwich was decent, about average and that’s me being kind. The tamale was alright… but not great. There are other choices for Cuban fare all around, this place isn’t the cheapest or the best.
