I wouldn’t give a star if I have that option! This MD office is ridiculous! The Receptionist there are HELPLESS! I’ve tried to obtain a copy of my daughter’s DTap verification for her school, and they said that there will be a charge! I told her that this verification is needed in order for her to start school! The girl said, «well, I don’t make the clinical rules!» If this was something for my own record, I don’t mind paying the fee! But for crying out loud, you need (mandatory) the verification to start Junior High School!!! If anyone want to bring their child to this MD office, please take my advice, DON’T GO THERE! They are all helpless whether you call or you’re present in the office!

dr. venzon has ben my daughters doctor for about 3 years. i love the atmosphere and the MA/​receptionsit mele, she is awsome, sweet and friendly. Dr venzon is very nice and caring and goes great lengths to find out what is the issue, and solves it fast. My daughter loves him and the office. I would recomend this clinic to anyone who needs a new pediatric doctor. NOT tri city heath center. Thanks doctor venzon your amazing!

The pediatric doctor doesn’t even deserve a star! He came more than 30 minutes late on my child’s appointment, he wasn’t even sorry for being late and even got mad when asked if he could check on my child. He even told us to leave or go to ER, Not a professional behavior especially for an older man.
