A joy to deal with from start to finish. When our new Friedrich air conditioner had a defective control panel, I called them on the recommendation of our neighborhood hardware store. They made an appointment for the VERY NEXT DAY, showed up on time, called from the truck to let me know they were on the way, brought the part they needed and fixed it on the spot. And, the repairman was extremely nice, in spite of the fact that our building makes service people jump through hoops to do work here. It doesn’t get any better than that.
