I typically order from Dominos but got a flier for Pizza Hut’s big dinner box and decided to try it. I ordered it online with some toppings and it should have been at my door in 45 minutes. Pretty reasonable. 30 minutes later, I get a call from a very rude employee who informed me that they were out of pizza dough for the box. She asked if I wanted to cancel my order and offered no coupons not even an apology. I cancelled my order and called Dominos.
UPDATE: filed a complaint with corporate and the assistant manager called me. He was a nice guy and gave me a free big dinner box for the trouble.
