If you value your life and your wallet you will never use this service. I’m not sure why companies such as this are so angry that über is taking over. Learn to compete. Provide a top notch service and competitive pricing. You know, the exact opposite of what you’re doing now.

Their name may be «RAPIDO» but they are slow as shit & over charge.

I wish there was a way to give no stars. The worst. The cars suck and fares are expensive. We finally got tired of paying $ 12 bucks to go to Hoboken and called Hoboken first class and were quickly picked up in a nice newer car and the fare was priced well.

Very bad company old and broken Cars and Vans, Never on Time, ridiculous Fares for the quality service and distances. If you are in Union City or surrender areas please avoid them!!!

I’m not really sure what to say about how terrible the people at rapido are. Aside from being told 5 to 10 minutes and being hung up on when I called them almost 40 minutes later I was hung up on. To top it off their prices fluctuate frequently. I get the the big hike on friday and saturday but a ride to hoboken path is $ 12 and two blocks away in newport is $ 25.

Rapido Car Service is anything, but Rapido. If you visit friends that live in the say West New York /​Weehawken/​Blvd East Area you might have had the unpleasant experience with dealing with these guys while trying to say get back to Hoboken. I call these guy they never come on time, the cabs are straight up janky, the drivers do not speak English too well or perhaps they just don’t want to, the dispatcher is usually rude (meaning he never gets the info correct before he hangs up and generally sends the car to the wrong pick up location) not to mention over priced a 5 — 6 block ride will cost you $ 8.25 really!!! They are taking advantage of the good people that live in this area. If you can avoid it do not use this service.
