I am basically a regular at this Starbucks, I love it! The staff is so friendly practically any day that I come in. Even when it’s a busy morning they attend you quickly and kindly. They prepare my drinks the best out of all locations of Starbucks that I’ve been to and heat up and sandwiches basically to perfection. Thanks to the employees at this Starbucks for being the best in this area!

Barista make sure you confirm the name before giving away a drink to the wrong person. 3 extra minutes to wait for my cold tea to brew. Sorry doesn’t cut it with this gold card holder. And the tea was warm not cold on a hot day. Disappointment all the way around.

I have been to quite a few Starbucks in my travels and this one disappointed. They said they were out of two out of three roasts. Luckily I didn’t mind the only one available. Long line for the only one bathroom. Outside a mall so plenty of parking.

Review #066 — 2016 This Starbucks is actually pretty nice and conveniently located. After my girlfriend and I finished our lunch at Pasta Pomodoro, we both decided that we weren’t ready to head home just yet and could use a drink so we headed over to Starbucks. At first, we decided to sit outside since it was a nice day and it was actually pretty full inside. I also wanted to impress my friend that we could sit outside and place our order online and have our drinks ready in about 5 minutes. Unfortunately, we couldn’t stay outside too long since some rude person decided that they needed to smoke a joint and pollute our fresh air. We went inside to find a seat & it was pretty crowded at 1:15 in the afternoon. I ordered a venti iced peach green tea with 9 pumps of syrup, and it was made exactly as I had ordered through my Starbucks app. Talk about convenient and no waiting in line…

Good coffee, usual Starbucks style. The place though, not the coziest/cleanest. It was actually pretty cold inside. If not for the warm hot tea, it wasn’t a pleasant place to sit, talk or work. Also, the bathroom was dirty and stinky. Hey Starbucks owner @Union City Landing, please take care of your business more. And it’s winter time, would you turn up the heat a little bit so when it’s cold outside, it’s actually nice to be inside. Thank you. Sincerely, Starbucks customer who’s trying to justify to her friends why still go to Starbucks instead of Peets or elsewhere.

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, friendliness and efficiency of the staff! It’s been a long time since I’ve gotten that from a Starbucks and it’s really refreshing. The bar area(with the sugar, milk and napkins) was spotless and everything was filled to the rim. Now that’s the level of quality I expect from Starbucks! I ordered my usual — dopio over ice with vanilla. It was great, I’d say! :) P. S. It’s within walking distance to everything, food-wise…great location!

My drinks are always made perfectly and I get them fast! Love coming here because I don’t have to worry about them making my drinks wrong/bad like a lot of other Starbucks. Super nice baristas!

Like coming here instead of the other Starbucks nearby. Baristas are fast and friendly. There’s only one barista that can be kinda grumpy but he’s fast so whatevs. I can get a lot done here when I’m not at my workplace. I can sit for hours on my laptop. Lighting is excellent and people are cool.

They close at 1AM on Fridays and Saturdays! Perks of having a movie theater a couple doors down. Convenient hours. Not so convenient parking unless it’s right before the weekend movie/dinner rush. Friendly baristas, fully stocked pastry display cases even at 9pm, that almost soothing scent of coffee, despite not being a coffee drinker myself, and the Java. Delicious add ons like peppermint or pumpkin spice syrup for fall! I wish peach and mango syrup were offered year round for iced tea. Their pastry selection must be replenished constantly. Pumpkin scones and pumpkin cream cheese muffins are back! There’s also a new Washington apple cake. Long gone are the high stool seats and tables in the middle, finally replaced by average height seating so you don’t feel like the center of attention at all times. Too bad there’s no way a drive thru could exist at this location.

I’ve been to this Starbucks location a few times to study. The drinks are good. I’ve never been unhappy with the drinks that I ordered. So they do a good job drink/food wise. I knocked off a few stars just because of location and service. This Starbucks in particular is always very busy. I’ve studied here at different times of the day, either on a Saturday or Sunday and there’s always a steady flow of people and a line. This constant coming and going of people can be distracting which makes it hard to study. It’s usually really noisy too because of this, coupled with the blenders going off and the workers calling out drinks. It’s also hard to find a table because of how busy this place is and there’s few outlets. The service is okay. When I go to pick up my drink and I say thank you, I never hear«have a nice day.» I work at Starbucks so I understand how busy it can be and your priorities are making sure drinks are constantly made. But at the same time, it’s nice to tell your guests to have a good day instead of saying nothing at all. It’s the little things. I’ll still come back because of convenience. The business of the place is really out of their control, so just gotta deal with it.

Dirty tables, super smelly bathroom. I nearly gagged when I went into the restroom because of the smell. It really smelled like someone peed all over the place. I don’t get it, It’s always really busy. I wouldn’t come back here.

Cashier seems like he hates his life. The barista doesn’t understand«light ice» and my mango tastes like peach. The heck.

This is my go to coffee/starbucks spot. Coffee is always well made. They have great hours! I love coming here and working on papers and what not. Not yet disappointed with this location. They have super friendly customer service and the location is great because it’s in a great shopping center!

Love this starbucks! This is my go-to study spot because it’s a little more spacious than the other sbux around me. All the baristas are super nice and friendly. There is a lot of foot traffic that goes around here because were in the middle of a huge shopping/food plaza but I like all the noise, it keeps me awake haha. It can get really busy at peak times so make sue to come early to grab a table, esp. on weekends!

When I need a pick me up in the AM and I cannot wait to get to work this stop is my new pick me up. Morning staff is pleasant enough and thus far my orders have been correct.

I went to this Starbucks twice in 3 days because I was in the area and had some time to waste unfortunately. The first time I was there, the girl at the register didn’t greet me or smile at all while taking my order. Then when I went to pick up my drink, I accidentally took another person’s drink which was my fault. But when I went to return it, the barista gave me way more attitude than necessary. The second time I came back, a different cashier was much friendlier when I made my order. But while I was waiting for my drink, this man in front of me asked a different barista from before if she can heat up his drink more because it wasn’t hot. She gave him this«are you effin kidding me» look and he just replied it’s not that hard, I would really appreciate it. She took his drink without saying anything and did as he asked. Damn, I thought his request was simple enough. I don’t know if maybe it’s against their protocol, but it’s not like he asked for a new drink. After I got my seriously lukewarm coffee, I didn’t even bother to make the same request even though I wanted to. I’ll give this Starbucks location the benefit of the doubt that the rest of the employees understand customer service. But minus 3 stars for those 3 employees who hate their jobs, and also because this location has the worst wifi service I’ve ever used at a Starbucks.

A good sized Starbucks, perfect place for a drink before or after movies in Union Landing. Since it was a really hot day, we went after the iced drinks. Service was quick and friendly. Blackberry iced tea mojito — it wasn’t super strong to me at least. You can taste blackberry for sure but I’m not getting a strong dose of lime or mint. Green Tea Lemonade — okay, but wasn’t sweetened enough. Black tea may pair better with lemonade. Guess we should have added honey. The winner was the pastry — the Almond Croissant Blossom was divine, especially when warmed up. We orders two to split between four people. Next time it’ll be one each!

This branch of Starbucks has the most lively and friendliest baristas of any Starbucks I’ve visited in the Bay Area. Hands down! After being on a Starbucks«fast» for a while, I came to this location and immediately I was flooded with memories of the times I used to come here. The atmosphere is still laid back. People working in their own bubbles and private personal space. As usual people smile and say hello to me. Not sure what exactly it is about Starbucks in particular, but when ever I visit one, I feel like I’ve entered a village pub where everyone knows everyone. I love that feeling. Got myself a hot Panini Sandwich as a snack and a cup of coffee, ofcourse! The space is cozy. Sitting by their bar chair area isn’t as bad as I thought it’d be. *Did you know… The word coffee comes from Arabic qahwah, meaning coffee or wine, the«dark stuff.» The word entered European languages about 1600AD from Turkish kahve. It may have passed into English through Italian word caffè or Dutch koffie. Turkish/Greek coffee is the strongest coffee I’ve ever had.

My cinnamon dolce latte was way too sweet. It’s a nice Starbucks though and customer service is ok. Parking can be difficult though.

I don’t really like Starbucks that much but I like this location because the baristas are really friendly. I came here before work with my niners tumbler cup(10cents off your drink btw) and ordered a tall latte and when I got my drink, the barista gave me extra *yaasss* I really appreciated and needed the extra 4oz to get through my day. Overall, one of the few solid Starbucks locations in my book
