I’d give this place a 5 star but ⁸⁄₁₀ times i order nachos, cinnamon twists, or even a crunchy taco it smells and tastes RANCID. Please change your oil and I’ll give you a 5.
Other than that problem the staff is very friendly and it’s very clean.

I have only one word to describe this awful disgusting place. Garbage!

While I am impressed that my online mobile order actually worked and went through, i’m not really impressed with what I ordered. Even though I ordered online and got 10% off for making my order online, what I ordered was extremely simple.
I simply ordered 4 Crunchy Tacos. When I got there, I made sure my mobile order went through and the friendly guy at the register said yeah they recieved a mobile order. The 2 indian ladies working in the kitchen didn’t seem as if they knew what i was talking about, luckly the guy at the register knew.
The crunchy tacos I recieved were not good at all really. Yeah I know it’s Taco Bell and shouldn’t expect much, but these tacos were crap. They were lacking in ingredients. The two ladies back in the kitchen preparing my tacos barely gave any ingedients in my tacos. Barely any beef, barely any cheese or veggies.
Perhaps it was because I ordered online and they knew I got a discount on my order so they didn’t bother to make my tacos with a good amount of filling? I’m not sure, but I’m dissapoint at how my tacos turned out… hardly any filling.

Bad service half hour with noone else infront of me to make my food. Really irreponsible. Didnt even eat because it was my lunch brake. Need to fire both the ladies. 11:18 june 7 2015

I love Taco Bell so I was excited when this one opened closer to my house. No drive thru bummed me out but it didn’t stop me from going. I’ve been to this Taco Bell about 3 times now, and every single time they have messed up on my order completely. One time I even got a taco with a pinch of crumbs for my meat portion. I know it’s fast food, but I’ve never had a decent order here. I drive over to the Taco Bell on Fremont blvd… awesome service, my foods hot, the employees always show and repeat my order as they hand me my order.

Small porions, taco shells that are only half full, packaging such that items that must be float are placed on end and everything slides off and on top of that, they get your order wrong and you paid for things you did not get. Yes, at Taco Bell you should know they will screw you and give you crap and get your order wrong. I am the idiot here. I should have known. They don’t call it Taco Hell for nothing. Del Taco, a few miles south never gets m, y orders wrong.

I don’t typically eat at Taco Bell but was craving some tacos. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the employees were! I have never met such nice people working at Taco Bell! Will go back again just for the customer service, and yummy tacos!

Sooo disappointed — WORST chicken burrito supreme I have ever had-​asked for it fresco style 4small squares of tomato and rice??? So bad –figured oh well it’s fast food everyone makes a mistake– had a couple of normal tacos as backup — OMGOSH shells stale, one had tons of meat the other had hardly any — asked my husband how his food was? Really stale chips — mix up in ingredients in an item I can live with but STALE foooood —NO BUENO TACO BELL– who owns this place? Cutting corners is not good for your business and makes other TB’s look bad!!! Will try one more time but if it’s the same we r GONE!

The filling in the Chalupa was too less. I am regular visitor at this Taco Bell facility and was surprised to see the fillings in the Chalupa so less and prepared just in rush. The Mexican Pizza I bought were cut very weirdly and ingredients were not spread out evenly. I have seen a constant decline in the filling and portion size at this facility and hence the taste is inconsistent and not to my liking any more. Now even though it is right across the street I will not bother going here.

Look guys and gals, it’s a Taco Bell. You know what you’re getting when you walk in. Since it’s fast food you can’t really comment on the quality, BUT what I can tell you is that this place has very friendly staff on hand. They are always nice and gracious no matter what time I’ve been here. I’ve eaten here late at night after long days at work and they are still really nice. That speaks volumes. I’ve also seen them remain nice even with dealing with rude and overly demanding customers. I live nearby and I’m not the biggest Taco Bell fan but the convenience does bring me back and the nice people make it a pleasant experience.
If you live nearby and eat Taco Bell, this is a fine place to do it. The food is what you expect, the place is very clean, and the people are nice. What more do you want from fast food?

XXL Grilled Stuft Burrito — Steak ($ 5.79): ⁷⁄₁₀.
It’s «full of grilled, marinated premium thick cut steak, a three cheese blend, premium Latin rice, hearty beans, reduced-​fat sour cream, chunky guacamole, avocado ranch and pico de gallo, wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla.»
My wife didn’t finish hers, but that’s because she got full. Still, she liked her Quesarito more (it was «better»).
I had to take mine back, but it was my fault (I only wanted one with meat and cheese, but I didn’t speak up enough when I ordered).
My new burrito was kind of small, but delicious.
I could have kept my first burrito, but declined. Kudos, though, to the kind employee who helped me.
I had to wait about 2 minutes for my new burrito (my wife and I initially only had to wait about 3 minutes for our food).
Overall, the burritos are big, but too pricy.
Cinnabon Delights 4 Pack ($ 1.79): 8.25÷10.

My wife and I each had 2.
They weren’t exceptional (they mainly made me desire a Cinnabon cinnamon roll), but they were still worth ordering.
My wife made me laugh when eating hers. A hole opened up in the first one, and some frosting fell onto the table. A piece of the second one broke off, also landing on the table. I’m starting to understand why our young son makes such a mess when he eats. ;)
Mtn Dew Kickstart Black Cherry Freeze (16 oz.- $ 2.29): 8.5÷10.

I received my drink right away.
A minute later, I got brain freeze (my wife was surprised that I had a brain to freeze). I couldn’t really think, and I suddenly felt like Sarah Palin.
I even held my hand up so that my wife would stop talking (she was worried about me for a moment).
In addition to experiencing brain freeze, my heart was fluttering (like when I saw my wife for the first time– oh, that was a good one).
I was wondering if a ton of sugar was in the drink, but 39 grams is somewhat minimal when compared to the 46.5 grams that a 12 oz. can of Mountain Dew contains (there would be 62 grams of sugar for a 16 oz. drink). Anyway, the drink was so cold and intense that I drank it over the span of a few hours.
I regularly drink the soda (Mountain Dew Kickstart Black Cherry). It would be nice if it was one of the fountain machine selections.
Happy Hour is from 2 – 5. A 16 oz. Mtn Dew Kickstart Black Cherry Freeze is only $ 1.10 during that time (my wife and I were here from about 12:30−1).
Some nice songs were playing inside (ex: «Dancing in the Moonlight» by King Harvest).

The food here is a bit overpriced, but I was impressed with the employees I saw.

I believe this Taco Bell has remodeled at least twice in the past 3 years. After both remodels… they still didn’t add in a drive-​thru? :| …so minus 1 star.
Anyways, I love Taco Bell. What do you expect out of it? Always gotta get my fix of crunchy taco supremes + an XL Baja Blast! I know they’ve added a few new breakfast items, but I’ve yet to try them. Workers here are nice and the sauce packet place is always stocked.

Newly remodeled… but the food is Taco Bell is Taco Bell. They are generally the same, but this one has a friendly staff and is generally cleaner than the average Taco Bell. When you are in the mood for the McDonald’s of Mexican, I recommend going here.

Not bad at all, looks like Taco Bell got an upgrade. Looks like new and clean. I used to live off Taco Bell when I was in college and have had enough for a lifetime, so don’t go there that much anymore.

Finally, we tried the «newly rebuild» Taco Bell, it’s very spacious inside. But where are the customers? Anyway, Pooja greeted and assisted us cheerfully. She explained in full details what would be inside my burritos, (I never been to Taco Bell for how many years now). Even I asked her again because I forgot what kind of burrito I would be munching, she repeated it again. She even suggested to answer the survey so we can have a free chicken quesadilla or burrito. We did answer the survey even it took forever to finish the process. I asked her again about my order and she repeated it again, hehe. When I asked for a side of sour cream, she handed me one. I think I enjoyed Pooja’s service rather than eating my food. Well, Taco Bell is Taco Bell. I think I do enjoy eating their food if I’m with someone. But if I’ll eat by myself… I’ll pass.

It’s a Taco Bell like any other Taco Bell. It’s not a particularly clean eating establishment and there were a couple of transients hanging out. But I guess when you can buy 10 items to feed 2 people for uner 7 $ I shouldn’t expect much more. Always a good value but even for a Taco Bell it was kind of gross.
I wish the place had a drive thru also and stayed open a little later. Oh well.

The place is renovated and yes it’s pretty and clean. However the food wasn’t that great. It was lukewarm and my stomach didn’t feel too hot after. Also, they skimp on ingredients like my xxxl nachos really didn’t have much toppings on it.
I’d rather go to the one on Industrial.

I like the remodel job. I don’t like the fact that they did not add drive thru too. everything looks really nice new. I got all my food without any mistakes but I will have to go there many times to see what their repetition is for getting everything correct

First, this Taco Bell looks amazing after its renovation. Everything is new and clean and the sit-​down area is spacious.
The service is good so far. What was new to me at a fast food place like this was the supervisor/​manager on shift going around the dining area asking how everything was.
The food was neatly prepared and wrapped. The crunchy tacos tasted like they usually do but they actually looked like the ones on their commercials for once. Kudos for that. The new buffalo chicken griller was just okay. It was a mini burrito with pieces of chicken showered in the creamy buffalo sauce and sour cream. It had flavor but the chicken was swimming in sauce.
After eating here, though, my digestive system was not a happy camper. Gurgling, churning, and gas all night long.
+1 for facility appearance, +1 for service, and +1 for taco preparation being on the dot (Hey, if I’ve only seen pretty tacos here, it must be one hell of a skill)
As for the rest of the food, tastes like the other Taco Bells.
PS. I hadn’t been to a Taco Bell in a while but is it just me or is the Fire sauce not as hot as it used to be?

Back and better than ever! They made renovations to this place after a fire last year. Looks more spacious, cleaner, more decorative. During grand opening, there were plenty of workers working the kitchen and register. The tacos were filled with meat and lettuce and cheese, perfect! Hope they don’t skimp out on it as time progresses. What really surprised was when I was going to throw away my tray, a worker tried stopping me. Apparently it was his job to throw it away from me? The only time I saw that was when I ate at a fast food joint in Shanghai! Great service!
I love taco bell, this place is only a few blocks from my house. I took it for granted at how close and convenient this taco bell was! Will def come here frequently whenever I’m craving tacos or COOL RANCH DLT!
