Sometimes in the inside of the machine smells weird… So I just put a lot of Xtra detergent and softener… Love this place it has a good enough parking space n after you wash you get your dry for free. I like. Oh don’t leave your clothes in there and leave and by the time you come back the lady will take it out and put it behind the desk… There’s too many customers and not enough machines so if you leave your clothes there for too long they will just take it right out

While calling to find out if they clean area rugs, the lady said «I don’t understand» and hung up the phone on me… yeah…great customer service there folks…

Actually, the facility was VERY nice. They had very up to date automated machines. And although they didn’t accept credit cards at the time, the ATM they had on site was not only convenient but low fee as well.
They had a variety of machines from normal machines to large machines that washed 6 loads. And on top of that, drying is FREE! Yep, you read it. FREE to anyone that washed clothes there at the facility. That alone is worth going back. It was relatively clean for a laundromat. And unruly kids are kind of a staple of laundromats.
They also had 4 TVs that were tuned to all kinds of different programs. I’ll definitely go back.

Just went to them and when I entered, a customer was complaining about kids playing in the parking lot. The day’s attendant said «I only take care of the inside of the laundromat not the outside, sorry.» I should have listened. My laundry cart went missing. I was lucky to get my laundry back. The supervisor refused to replace the cart as «the policy is we don’t keep carts, the customer has to drop off their clothes and only their clothes.» No notice like this could be found anywhere. Fair warning, the staff isn’t that FRIENDLY OR KNOWLEDGEABLE. They have an indifference that makes this establishment dangerous to do business with. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
