John was extremely helpful when we found a family of skunks living under our garage. I was referred to him by a family member. He responded immediately and arrived shortly thereafter. I was concerned about the trapping process, but I was assured that everything is done with humane animal treatment in mind. John is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions in a way that made us feel comfortable.
John made a couple trips to our home to check traps and replace bait, but he was timely and respectful of our schedules each time. I am thrilled to say the skunks have not returned. The experience was very efficient and stress free. The prices were more than fair. I will call Born Trapping Services for any future animal problems.
