BEWARE! Now I understand why they only charge $ 2 per item. My first time going and last! The customer service was horrible and my clothes came back smelling like whatever cleaning solution they use. Waste of money!

They do not even deserve one star. Very bad and dishonest staff They charge me in advance to clean my shirts. Lost them and kept telling me to come back and they are going to search for them and call me. Finally after 3 months they picked a random 10 shirts and want to convince me that they are mine. Different shirts, different sizes, and not even clean

I would not recommend this place. The service is cash only and paid at time off drop-off, which isn’t a huge deal. The lines are always long almost to the point you want to bring a magazine. Many times they seem understaffed for days like Saturdays and Sundays when clearly most people are out running errands. Many time there are 2 people on the registers and they have about 5 or 6 ringing stations. They seem to not have any air conditioning and just fans so the environment is very uncomfortable in the summer. I don’t expect 5 star service for 1.99 but air would be nice. The staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are not rude or nice, they are just there to take your clothes and money. The female manager is very rude and short and lacks customer service skills. I had a fair warning from my friends about the quality but still tried this place to see for myself. The first couple of times I went here I had no issues. Although the clothes came out clean but had a film and strong solvent smell but I just aired them out. At the time I wasn’t willing to pay $ 5 + item or more considering the number of items I own that are dry clean only. After about the 3rd time coming here I had enough they almost ruined a completely new jacket of mine. It came back with horrible black marks on an off white/Ivory designer blazer I had to take the jacket back at least 7x to have them try and fix it because the manager would not replace the jacket. Everytime I went the manager tried to argue with me and made me feel like it was my fault. What manager does this? Eventually the problem was solved and I was compensated with a few free cleanings for my inconvenience(which didn’t even cover the gas I spent to deal with the incident.) I used my free cleanings and voila more issues a shrunken discolored(looked like a coating) winter coat and a scarf that went in with a tiny stain and then came back with even more stains and damage. These items fortunately were not worth a ton of money and will go to the Goodwill up the street. But, you shouldn’t have your items come back worse then when you take them in. Overall avoid at all costs unless your items are not worth much and/or you don’t mind taking the risk and potentially becoming a permanent rag

$ 1.99 — you get what you pay for! LOWQUALITYCLEANING! (FYI– When you google this place, it shows up as $ 1.69, but it’s now Any Garment $ 1.99 Cleaners) Beware! — your clothes are returned to you in worse condition than when you dropped them off. 1) A shirt was returned with extra grease or water stains(I’m not sure). I hand washed and pre-soaked the shirt at home to get the stain out. Luckily it worked. 2) They must use a harse cleaning agent bc my Banana Republic slacks came back feeling very stiff. Slacks were suit material(rayon/polyester, i think? not cotton) and just felt hard, stiff and kind of scratchy. Almost as if the chemicals were still in the clothes. It did not feel good to wear them. 3) The material of my clothes are permanently changed. I dropped off a new Ann Taylor sweater(which I only wore couple of times) and it came back looking very worn and old. The fibers of the sweater must have been affected bc the sweater changed from looking new to well worn. One positive note is that they seem to do a nice job pressing the garments. I have no complaints in that department. If you’re not too picky about your clothes and have lots of dark colored garments, this place may work for you. If not, find a quality dry cleaners– I did. I now pay about $ 5 per garment but it’s well worth it. I feel my clothes will last much longer and look much better. Also of note is that they only accept CASH during drop off. I guess this is good for them since they are paid in advance for crappy cleaning. It makes it impossible for customers to withhold payment if they are not satisfied. Orders are usually ready the next day after 5 or 6pm. Same day service is available if you drop off early enough(before 7 or 8am, not sure). Overall, don’t go here if you care about your clothes. There’s a reason why it’s only $ 1.99.
