Applebee’s

Ordered two classic burgers medium well with bacon for take out. The burgers did not come with onions, pickles, lettuce or tomatoes as promised. The bun was hard, the bacon was actually burnt and the burger meat itself was burnt as well. The fries that it came with was clearly stale. Extremely disappointed as I’ve always dined at Applebees in New York and always enjoyed the food.

The service was good when it came to our server Juan R. However I had a fireball Lemonade; this has got to be the worst drink I have ever had, when I tried to send it back the manager stated she couldn’t take it off the bill. The problem that I have with that is that she offered me no solution. I understand that it’s alcohol, but it is apparent that I didn’t like it, based on the amount left in the glass. She should have offered me either another drink or at least dessert, even though I would have said no, it would have been an effort & display of good customer service. For the service from Juan I give this experience a 4 out of 5 stars, for tonight’s food I give 3 stars & for poor customer service from management (Krystai) I give a 0 & the suggestion to enter management 101 training on customer service!

Today the family went here for a celebratory lunch as it’s been 8 years since the passing of my Mom. I was with my brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and in laws. Applebee’s set up a sitting for around 20 people our server a nice lady I remember not her name. The drink order was taken surprisingly no one ordered alcohol, I of course ordered a coffee the coffee was weak. What did I expect I wasn’t at Starbucks. Quick question is it okay to drink alcohol around 3pm?
The food order was taken I wasn’t hungry so I just ordered an appetizer boneless wings. Family ordered burgers, steak and tacos etc. I know it’s not a Michelin star restaurant but the food was good. As we sat there our server came asking if everything was ok also do we need refills. I am one who drinks about 60+ ounces of coffee a day with that said I didn’t get a refill. The one thing I do like about Applebee’s is the sizzling dish that’s cause I’m a fan of cast iron cookware. I know my family enjoyed the meal for it wasn’t about the food but the quality time together.

my food is usually good here but the service was awful! we went on a Wednesday. the nite before thanksgiving and it was half price apps. from the moment we came here she kept saying I’ll be right with you and disappeared. It took at least 15 minutes just to even get our drinks and for her to even acknowledge us. and then even that took 15 or 20 minutes. each thing took a long time. she didn’t check on us that much. she just kept disappearing. The place wasn’t that packed either. there was a lot of people obviously for a Wednesday night but not that many to where we are ignored! haven’t been here in a while so I don’t know if it was just that one bad night or not but I’m just a little unsure if I want to return.

Wonderful place to visit. Lots of options for non-​veg but just couple for vegetarian. Great cocktails served. Visit happy hours for some good offer on cocktails

I’ve been here about 3 – 4 times. Pretty much ordered the same thing each time. I am in this stage of my life where I am randomly craving Applebee’s boneless BBQ chicken. Blaming it on my friend lmao!
If you order the appetizer they give you a good amount to get you full. It comes with a lot of sauce so I order a side of fries to dip into the sauce. If you order the pick 2 size then they give you five, which is still good since you get another small appetizer with it. I like the pick 2, it’s a good price. 2 for 9.99 which is the price of one appetizer. The basket of fries get cold and hard really fast, super weird. The tap water here taste like crap. Too much minerals and junk. It’s so nasty.
The service here is up and down. Too inconsistent. Some staff are nice and some just have a bad attitude. Also some disappear on you and you have to chase them down !

It’s been a while since I decide to come back to this apple bee’s, today we came in and it was decent busy. We gave the name and the number of people, a blond girl which it looked like it was the host told us to sit down and wait. As we were waiting there was a party waiting to be seated. after a while everybody got seated and she asked us what was the name that we gave, she told us with an attitude that she called us «a million times» that we could ask people. First of all, calm yourself down. If we didn’t hear you or you just were too blind to see we were still seating for a while its not our fault. Very rude and uncomfortable experience and then we asked at what time we were going to be seated and once again she gave us an attitude like” right now if you guys want to” like whats the need for sarcasm? We’re guest!! not your parents friends or whatever. You should get more professional people to at least have some manners. We left afterwards and not coming any soon. It’s really bad to give a rate like this without even getting to a table.

This Applebee’s is truly the worst! This is the 3^rd time in a row! I’ve vowed never to return.

Very good service, food was delicious, and the Red Sangria, wife loved it she even drink like 4 of them. After all, very good service!

I’m a regular at this Applebee’s since it’s convenient for us. So when we go in and the hosts and servers are so funny and attentive. Indeed like the new manager Maria truly makes eating here very plesent. I usually order a sirloin quesadillas but my all time fave dish is the fiesta lime chicken ! It’s so delicious!

Ordered Dessert to pick up was told 7 minutes. Drove to pick it up and had to sit and wait in the bar area. After receiving my food after 15 minutes I drove home. Found out I was only given two desserts rather than the 3 I ordered. Smh I had o go back and pick up the third

Just in for drink and some food, the bartender is nice, service wonderfull, only my rare sirloin steak is all wrong, the kichen chef put salt and too much on it, I never like seasoning on my steak, so angry with this but looking at the beautiful bartender make me forget my anger.

Just came from my first time there. The food should’ve came out of the kitchen and right into the GARBAGE. Half cooked shrimp, mushy linguine, a Luke warm bland tasteless salad with partially cooked shrimp. Avoid this place like the plaque. No one seemed to care that I sent the entire plate back, I’m guessing they are just used to it. Stay away from this place. Zero pride displayed here, Zero stars.

My husband and I go there all the time because of its convenient location and for the most part we like it. However, the last time we were there on a Tuesday night and for some reason our waiter seemed to be bother by us from the beginning. As soon as we set down we had to ask him to wipe down the table because there were pieces of food on the table and chair. We then order drinks which we didn’t get until we were almost done with our appetizer. After getting anxious from waiting I asked the manager as he walked by if we can our drinks and silverware. By the time the waiter came back with our drinks he seemed to be angrier than before. This was by far the worst experience in this location which makes us not want to go back.

I am beyond disgusted after what I just saw after ordering my food ! I usually go to this location and the food is always great. I ordered off the 2 for 20 menu and got an order of wonton tacos as the appetizer. I was half way through the tacos and realized there was what looked like to be a ROACH in my container ! I am beyond mortified after this experience. Of course I got my money back but I definitely will not be returning !

This place absolutely sucks. I mean, I’ve experienced not so good customer service before but this place is definitely on my shit list.
First:
When you walk in, the hostess podium is a complete mess, no clue about seating arrangements

Our table was wobbley as shit
Third:
Wrong waiter, our real waiter was at the bar complaining about serving more people so we overheard that
Fourth:
The managers have no clue what their doing, AND THEY’RE WALKING AROUND!
Fifth:
Took 20 minutes for me to get a glass of water… WATER
Sixth:
Dirty tables, nasty attitudes and waiters like to gossip within 3 feet from you
Seventh:
Left no tip… sorry. Food was good, but left no tip. Such a shame. Chaotic, noisy, uncoordinated and clueless. This place needs better leadership.
We’ll try our best not to come back here.
We’d probably get better service at a McDonalds drive-​thru.

The food was ok but my biggest problem is they water down the drinks or use some type of liquid that is not drinking alcohol.

i like this Applebee’s more than most I’ve been to, even though my nachos were a little cold last night. lol I visit often and don’t kno why I haven’t written a review sooner. I gave 5 stars based on an average of ALL my experiences here. Staff is also always friendly and efficient!

Now I do love Applebee’s for their signature ribs. Meat just fall off the bone. With the seasoed to perfection french fries. Great meal for lunch or dinner. The only thing is that at this location they are SUPER SLOW. if you arrive on the weekend the wait is 30 minutes.

Applebee’s is one of the last places I would expect to grab dinner. Unfortunately we found ourselves at a wake one night and it was the only late night option available. We called ahead and were told our food would be ready in ten minutes. They do offer curbside pick-​up, but after 10 you have to go inside to get the food. When I went inside everyone was very nice and I was in and out in no more than 5 minutes. I ordered the California Shrimp Salad and my husband got the bacon cheeseburger. Both dishes were fine — I appreciated that the salad tasted fresh and was full of shrimp, avocado, bacon and veggies. It’s actually something I would order again.
I don’t plan on making regular stops here but it’s good to know it’s here when everything else in the suburbs closes early. I also really appreciated their customer service as it had already been a long day. They at least helped it end on a better note.
