My wife went here with her sister and they loved it the first time and decided to go back. Well, my wife had reservations about the owner who seemed very rude. But as they did a good job she was willing to go a second time. The second time was not a charm. She and her sister waited while what seemed to be regular clients got put in front of them. They got there at 4:30 and left at 8:30 and all they did was wash roller set and blow dry straight. Everyone who came before us were long gone when we were done. They do a good job I loved her hair, but terrible customer service. She would have been a loyal client but will be taking her business somewhere else.

Do yourself a favor and choose another hair salon in Union — if you want good service. I came in as soon as they opened on a Saturday and it wasn’t very crowded. I was taken immediately to began my hair treatment — after that, things went downhill. As the salon got crowded, it seemed like the staff became overwhelmed and began to neglect customers. I was put under the dryer for 10 minutes and that turned into almost 1 hour. I waited and waited patiently until it just started to be ridiculous. Finally, the owner tells one of the ‘stylists’ to wash(the conditioner) out my hair — and I was taken over to the main chair to finally get my treatment: a blowout — or that’s what I thought. Next, you guessed it… more waiting. What irked me the most, people who came in the salon after I did, already had their hair finished and were leaving! Eventually, the owner came up to me and said it would be’10 more minutes’ — because she had to cut another woman’s hair. I waited some more and watched women who literally walked in the door minutes ago get served by the other ‘stylists’. My breaking point was when the manager randomly strolls in and tells a customer who just came from under the dryer to sit in an empty chair next to me and he began doing her hair. You know it’s bad when a customer leaves the salon with wet hair — that customer was me! And you know it’s even worse when you hear another customer in the salon state that ‘she’d never return, too’ because the ‘stylist’ forgot about her and she had burning hair dye in her head! Total time spent? 3 hours. Result? A hair wash. Seriously, think about it — does it really take 3 hours to wash your hair? Never again.
