My boyfriend and I are from out of state and had to find a new hair stylist. Alaina is fabulous! She’s very well trained on how to cut hair. She is very friendly and listens to what her clients want. She is extremely fast as well. They do have other stylists that are well trained and all of them appear to be really friendly. They frequently have sales going on, like $ 8 haircuts. They do sell some products at their location. They do not do hair coloring. You can even sign in online ahead of time to be placed on the list. Overall it’s a very nice great clips and we frequently continue to go back.

I have tried this place 3 times in order to give it the benefit of the doubt but I will not go back for a fourth. SLOW, SLOW, SLOW. Over an hour wait today while the stylists stopped to ‘check people in’ which took forever each time. They moved as if no one was waiting when in fact 4 of us were waiting. The stylist has to walk to the extreme back of the store to get a bit of product rather than to have the product at their station. They do not clean the combs between clients… I watched for over an hour and the same comb was used on each client and never dipped, sprayed or anything.
