if there was a choice this company would not get even a 1 star rating. It has been over 4 months now and we are still trying to get our deposit from Total Renovations. Once they sign your contract they are not in contact with you at all especially when they need to refund the money.

This company will rip you off. They take a large start up fee from the customer. Then they don’t pay their sub-contractors. The subs never show up to do the work and the project takes forever. Complete scam

Terrible Company to do business with. I have worked as a sub contractor for them and have seen them do questionable business practices with clients and contractors. My most recent job was completed months ago and I am having trouble collecting from them. The homeowner is helping me collect, But i am forced to place a lien on the homeowners house to force Total Renovations to pay me. Very expensive (including add the cost of a lawyer to place the lien) Run away from this company.
