Sassy Nails

This was my first time to sassy nails. First impression was very good. I love the rustic décor. Defiantly wasn’t expecting that from a nail salon. They are usually decorated very cheesy. But I loved it! I came in for a gel manicure without an appointment and I only waited 5 mins. They have a good selection of gel nail polish colors and I was in and out in under an hour. Joe was very friendly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend this salon. I will definitely be back!

Wow what a great experience! It was my first time at Sassy Nails, I made an appointment and I got in exactly at that time. I had my old gel polish removed and new polish applied. Paul assisted me and he was great! Super professional, friendly, and paid close attention to detail. My nails turned out beautiful! As for the look of the salon, it’s nicely decorated and clean. They played up to date music. The receptionist was friendly and bubbly. It was an enjoyable environment. I will only go to this salon for now on…

Terrible! I had gels/​shellac to be removed and the girl almost filed down through my nail before I yelled and told her to stop. Took several months to recover. Also man who did my manicure used his fingernail to remove my old polish! Ugh. Will never go back.

This is by far my favorite place to go to get my nails done! They have great prices && the staff is extremely friendly. They take the time to chat with you && get to know you which really makes you feel welcome.
The facility is nice, open && clean. They have music playing but it’s not overly loud.
Also went here for a pedicure && after having gone to 3 other salons for the same service, I will only be coming here from now on! Best experience ever! Everyone there went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful. Athena, Nancy && Jeff are the best (:
The only complaint I have (which is beyond their control) is they book up very fast && it’s sometimes hard to get a last minute appointment, however my schedule is pretty flexible so usually I am able to get the same day I call.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a affordable/​relaxing experience as I often brag about how much I love them to everyone who complements me on my nails.

From acrylic removal to new gel. I am very happy with the service i recieved. They even made time to do my feet. I would definately recommend to anyone

I have found the best place in NKY to get a mani /​pedi. Customer service is their priority and they bend over backwards to please you. You are not rushed at all. My hour long pedicure was superb. I also had a new acrylic set applied to my nails. Jeff listened to all concerns and shaped my nails exactly as requested. None of the other salons seemed to care. I was pampered here all the way. It was also refreshing to have a conversation with the manicurist. The place is clean and it was a pleasure to dry my nails under a blower instead of those hot ultra violet lights that are harmful to your skin. Thank you, Jeff for making my day!

Sassy Nails is by far one of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to! It’s beautiful décor and cleanliness is immediate as soon as you enter. The reception staff is always courteous and more than willing to try and accommodate your schedule. I think all of the employees are talented in their line of work, but I must admit Paul is my fav! He consistently takes his time, has flawless execution, and is on target with color palette suggestions for any event. I always look forward to my visit — thank you Sassy!
