I finished the 10 Week Challenge, and what’s remarkable is that almost everyone from week one was still there with me. For most fitness programs, only 20% are still there after the FIRST month, let alone 2.5 months. I’ve stayed on as a legacy member ever since. So what makes The MAX of Springfield different? A few things: — Nutrition: you get diet guidelines for each week, plus a weekly cheat meal. — Time: just 5X/week, 45 min/day. Compare that to a typical hour-plus P90X video, 6−7X/week. — Community: everyone starts the challenge together, so you recognize and support each other. Plus there’s a 10K+ member Facebook group to answer questions and offer support. — Variety: the workout changes from minute to minute. Even in week 10, we’re doing new moves. — Intensity: you do sweat(a lot), but they also show modifications to make each exercise fit with where you’re at. — Atmosphere: the instructors push you but in a motivating way.
