Zaxby’s

I frequent Zaxby’s quite often as I travel for a living. Can’t go wrong with the buffalo chicken salad… Or so I thought. My lettuce was not fresh, and in fact was a little brown. Very little chicken on my salad. The pieces that were on there were heavily breaded. Little to no blue cheese crumbles. The «manager on duty» said their standard for all Zaxby’s. I understand this may be the case, however what they gave me was not exactly standard. Somewhat unbearable to eat.
That’s a pretty common problem among restaurants. My main issue with this restaurant was the fact that my Coke zero, which is clear, had mold floating in the drink. Now this is a Coke mixup machine, and maybe a Coca-​Cola problem rather than Zaxby’s, but either way it was disgusting. I poured out three different times before I got some without mold. I could’ve changed to a different drink, however worried about not seeing the mold in a color drink.
Tables were disgusting. Not a clean table in the building. Young lady behind the register was very sweet, however everyone else there seemed to have an attitude.
Zaxby’s… Please intervene and fix this restaurant so your name doesn’t go in the toilet.

It’s a Zaxbys. Just like all of the other Zaxbys, there are a ton of kids in the kitchen while the food sits out and goes cold. No one cares about the food or their customers. Cashiers always have an attitude and never ask if you want a drink with your meal. If you didn’t know that they charge for drinks separately, here is your warning. I honestly think that the owners/​managers need to hire some older people to work in their restaurants that way things will get done. The tables are always greasy and nasty and the drink bar is always sticky. It’s not worth another trip to any Zaxbys location.

Whats the fuss? Overpriced fast food. Clean restaurant though. clean bathrooms. I did like my salad and my hubby thought the wings were ok.

It may be unfair to review a restaurant so soon after their opening but I hit zaxby’s about 2 pm for a sandwich. They don’t offer combos like other fast food offerings. I couldn’t help noticing that my to go order had no napkins or condiments offered. Instead of thank you I was told to“have a good one”
