Ok but zero, and I mean ZERO after business hours customer service. Zilch, nada, zip, nothing. Don’t expect any but do expect unexpected limited service at almost any time. Rates just went up and as usual, service goes down. And somebody please tell me… how do you get on the internet to check for service problems and other issues, like the prerecorded message tells you to, when you have NOSERVICE which is why you’re calling in the first place!!!
