I was there for lunch yesterday. We were seated right away. The waitress came and took our drink orders, and it took forever for her to bring our drinks over. It took about 45 minutes for our food. Not once did the waitress come over and ask us if we wanted more drinks or told us why there was a delay in getting our lunch. Another waitress had to bring us refills on our drinks. When we got our food it was not good my french fries were ice cold. We were having a good day hoping to have a good lunch and probably would if we would’ve had another waitress. she was not very nice or friendly. There are plenty other restaurants. Will not be going back.

Love the food! But recently(the past 3 – 4 time) the service has been super slow. they were not busy when we were there no more than 5 – 6 tables occupied. For example yesterday we were seated and there was about 4 occupied tables and it took almost 20 minutes for someone to come take our drink order and it was the hostess not the waitress. And when the waitress came to us she apologized and said that it was a shift change and no one knew what was going on. if you are in no hurry then I would highly recommend here because the food and apps are great but if you need somewhere a. little quicker maybe choose elsewhere

Wonderful food! Large portions, couldn’t stop eating the nacho appetizers long enough to eat entrée but the entrée was delicious as well(burger and fries). You get a lot of food for your money. All good

I can’t say enough good things about the Beanery… We’ve been coming here for several years & I’ve never ate anything that wasn’t great here… My favorite sandwich is the«Ranch Roast Beef»… I love the wings & pizza… It’s usually a difficult decision because everything is very good… There are times when it get’s busy, but they always have extra staff… We love the Monday through Friday day shift regular staff… Enjoy!!!

Don’t waste your time. Prime rib sandwich n fries. Beer is cold on draft, bartender friendly… Food took 20 – 30 min for a 6 – 8 min cook time sandwich. Fries cold n soggy upon arrival, they were out of everything, and au jus was maybe a teaspoon in a side cup… Am I to dip it or just glaze top of bun? No manager visible the entire night

I have eaten here several times. The food was always good, the service quick and friendly. They are good at accommodating groups of 10 to 12 people. Convenient Mall location where you can combine the trip with shopping. Lots of TVs if you like that or don’t.

So, this place may be great if you live in Uniontown, but if you’re passing through, GOSOMEWHEREELSE. The food isn’t even mediocre, it’s about as good as what you’d buy from the frozen section at a grocery store. I actually think the pizza may be digiorno. The inside is an upscale TGIF, but the food at Friday’s is actually better and I think Friday’s is pretty lousy. If you need beer, don’t get it here either. $ 12 for 5 domestic bottles? That’s almost unethical. I would understand for drafts, but bottles to carry out? I wasn’t impressed and will not go back. Save your money.

In it’s heyday, the Boston Beanery was the place to be in Uniontown. I fondly remember eating some great dinners here, enjoying the pleasant atmosphere, and sharing rounds of drinks with old friends and new(people from other tables). Our recent visit here was a disappointing time. The food was average, the fountain drinks were lousy, the liquor was typical, and the atmosphere was stale. The waitress seemed to strain herself handling our small table, but was delighted to care for the table of 4 nearby. Our tipping is usually pretty good, even for decent service, but this waitress’ attitude was so awful that she was lucky to get 15%(as a gesture of courtesy). I hope things improve so that I can revisit and make my next review the 5 star I was expecting it to be.

So I give Boston Beanery 4 stars would give 5 stars if the service was not always slow when you come here so don’t come if you are in a hurry. I will say the French Onion soup, Monte Cristo sandwich, Chicken Fingers and Chopped salad are all to die for. I always come back over and over due the awesome food.

Went there for lunch the other day while doing some work in Uniontown. The Cheesesteak sandwitch is actually very good, the fries could use some work though. Service was good, table was fairly clean and so was the restroom.

Been there a couple of times, once when it was busy and still didn’t have much of a wait and the staff was attentive. The other the place was almost empty and still had great service. We had the Fenway Pizza, it was really good. The queso dip was good too.

I actually enjoy the beanery. The white pizza is delicious as are the curly fries with nacho cheese or ranch. Friends of mine introduced me to fried soft pretzels which I don’t even think are on the menu, I wasn’t a fan, I would rather just eat a soft pretzel. Frying it is just overkill. Yes, it is slightly but you don’t have too many options in Uniontown… though it is getting better down there. It can get pretty crowded on weekends when the mall closes. Damn those obnoxious teens. There isn’t much of a waiting area so the crowd often spills out into the mall where yould possibly wait 45min.

Employed my sister. Yet food is overpriced. Torn. Dream of curly fries.
