Friendly staff with all the knowledge that you should expect from a hardware store. I will continue going back, my go to for any supplies I may need for my at home projects!
The help needed buttons are a real life saver, I didn’t need to search all over the store for help. I just pushed the button and the person with the most knowledge came running to me… No more that 60seconds of wait time!

I will never again buy refrigerator from Lowes! I bought what was supposed to be a brand new fridge from them about 2 years ago it was a nightmare getting it here the first one they sent did not get cold and I lost a lot of food! The second one they sent was dented but I accepted it because I didn’t want to lose any more food and just within the last few days it started not working properly again!!! I am now sitting here with a large side by side refrigerator that will not get cold and will not keep my food fresh! it is my suspicion that they’re selling refurbished frigerators as a new at this location and I don’t trust the store! So I just want to warn anybody who reads this if you’re shopping for the refrigerator do not go to Lowes and they will not give you a good product!!!
