New Century Chinese Buffet

I always love to visit Chinese buffet restaurants and favor them heavily in deciding where to dine when that decision is mine. On a day that I was working in the area, I was excited to try this establishment, which I had not visited. I was quite disappointed. The restaurant is mediocre at best, so much so that I am not sure I will return. The gentleman who seated me was pleasant and the service was good and efficient even though I was stuck in a back corner next to a large party with children when there were other tables available in quiet areas of the restaurant. The dishes are greasy and not presented in an appetizing manner. There is no tofu, no egg foo young, and unlike other restaurants that offer fresh pineapple, it is presented with green skin to be cut off here. There is no comparison between this restaurant and the similarly priced Grand China near my home.

Large selection of hot food. Nice salad bar. Good desserts. Some dishes are better than others, but accomplished what I came for

I love fayette county chinese buffets! Especially this one. Prices went up now that they have a habachi grill but its still dirt cheap and they have a fair amount of vegetarian options for the uniontown area. Everything is piping hot and delicious.
