This is a new, local, business. I stopped in the day I rescued a Bernese Mountain Dog from a shelter. PetSmart couldn’t groom her so I came here. Not only were they able to see her, even later in the day than when I was at PetSmart, they also charged less! This was a Saturday on top of that. Excellent customer service. My dog has been here twice now. Both times she came home looking and smelling all girlie, perfect for her. They do a very nice and thorough job and my dog seems to like it there too. Everyone I’ve met has been very friendly. You can see into the grooming area from the street so you can spy on them as they work, if you’re worried. No secrets! I am now a regular customer.
