I show up for an appointment (scheduled three weeks in advance!), and the office was closed! Not sure why… No sign on the door and I didn’t get a call to cancel or reschedule. What a waste of time!

Fabulous staff… everyone was kind and welcoming! And getting x-​rays, wasn’t as painful as I recall from any other time. Highly recommend to anyone needing to be a new patient. Gave me a reason to smile.

While not a big fan of the dentist, I don’t really dislike it that much either. However, when it comes to customer service and ensuring service with a *smile* (I know I am not proud of that one). Kitty Hawk Smiles and Dentistry will definitely keep me as a customer for many years. Great staff with great focus on taking fabulous care of your dental hygiene.
