I was feeling good about myself yesterday, so I decided to go bowling with the BF in order to bring the confidence level down a notch. It worked. We headed to the bowling center for the first time since we arrived here. The space is clean, the lanes are spaced out and the equipment all seems to be relatively new and well maintained. I was seriously craving a margarita, but discovered they don’t have a bar, only a cooler with about 8 – 10 beers to choose from. I ordered a Corona, got my shoes, and headed over to our lane. We bowled a few games — each of which I lost by a significant margin. When I asked my BF how he could be so good, he told me that he took bowling in college. WHAT? This was the first I’d heard of that. He bowled 6 hours a week for credit during a semester of college. That definitely explains all the strikes he accumulated while I sat with one lonely strike and a big pile of gutter balls. Confidence effectively decreased(even if just for a few moments :) The Run Down: The place is clean and well kept. The employees are nice and polite. The equipment is new. I would give it 5 stars but had to decrease it because they don’t have liquor and didn’t have a lime for my Corona. Really not big deals, but I was really craving a margarita. We will definitely be back for some more bowling fun.

We haven’t been bowling since we left Bliss so we decided to give the bowling center on Randolph a try. It’s small and clean. The lanes are close to your neighbors so it felt like we didn’t have a lot of breathing room. The food was ok but I wasn’t expecting some stellar menu to order off of so no biggie. The center does need some renovations like more lanes and an ATM inside! lol… All in all, we had a good time. :)

Good, clean family fun on base. Food is not bad, but the beers are quite expensive for the type of atmosphere.
