I can heartily recommend this shop for anything electronic for your car. I found these guys when Amazon Local sent me an e-​mail with an offer for the installation of a remote start system for only $ 189! I took the chance and was very impressed with the professionalism of these folks. Especially noteworthy was the leader of this enterprise, Larry. Larry really went the extra mile to do the job right and do it the first time. If I was staying in the area I would definitely be going back to Larry for anything electronic for my vehicles.

I found this establishment through Amazon Local Deals and had a remote start installed. When my fiancé contacted them to make sure that my vehicle was compatible with the system they offered, they said to come in and buy the deal through them, instead of Amazon (which seemed like they were just using Amazon to advertise). While I thought this was strange, I went against my better judgement and bought it from them directly. I dropped my car off when my appointment was scheduled, and when I picked it up the starter seemed to work fine (but I was disappointed that the lights didn’t flash to alert you that you had properly started the car). The next day I noticed that where they installed the receiver, there was adhesive all over the headliner material. I called and let them know, and they asked that I bring it in to take a look and that they would fix it. My finance and I drove there in separate cars, assuming we’d be leaving the car to be fixed. When we got there and told them what we were there for they just made another appointment to bring it back for it to be fixed. No one looked at it at all, they just said that it was their fault so they would take care of it. We scheduled the appointment for later the following week when I wouldn’t need my car. In the mean time, I was pulled over because my taillights were out. I took the car to my regular mechanic, worried that it was just something electrical, they changed a fuse and sent me on my way. The next day when I turned the ignition after using the remote start, my taillights blew out again, at this point I figured it was something that had to do with the remote starter. When I took it in to get the headliner fixed I let them know about the taillight issues and they said they’d look into it. The next day I got a call from them saying that they were able to fix the tail lights (the starter was not wired correctly and after they fixed it the lights on the car worked with it), but that they weren’t going to be able to get to the headliner until a later date, because they didn’t realize how detailed the job was going to be (there are airbags in the way that they were worried about). Keep in mind, no one had looked at it before hand… So I ended up working it out that I would drop my car off while I was out of town for the weekend and pick it up on Sunday when I got back into town. Imagine my surprise when I went to get my car, and the headliner wasn’t fixed, and I hadn’t received a call about what was going on. Instead, there was a note left on the seat. The note said that they were unable to fix the headliner to the previously discussed specifications, but they would like to offer to detail my car to make up for my inconvenience. Of course I was upset, and called the next day. The gentleman that I spoke with was irritated to find out that an employee had thought it was okay to just leave a note, and assured me the next time I brought my car in it would be done right. Once again I drove my car there and dropped it off. I wasn’t going to be able to pick it up until after they were closed, so they were to leave the keys in the car so I could get it after hours. We got there, and they keys were nowhere to be found. The next day when I called to complain and find out what had happened, it took them almost ten minutes while I was on hold to figure out where my keys were. I spoke with Larry on the phone and he was extremely aggressive, and wouldn’t take responsibility for their part in not making sure they keys were in the car (I only have one key, so without it I couldn’t use my car). He kept saying that it was the guys who detailed my car who didn’t leave it in the car, but here’s the thing — the car was only being detailed because Traffic Jams kept screwing up, so it was really their responsibility to make sure that everything was where is should be, not the detailers. He was unwilling to apologize without arguing that he wasn’t wrong, and I really couldn’t get a word in edge wise. The entire experience was exhausting and infuriating. I refused to go into the shop when we finally got my car back, but my fiancé said that when he went in they once again tried to defend their actions, and make it seem as if I was unreasonably upset. I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone. My headliner still does not look right, and the multiple trips back and forth were not worth the savings with the remote start. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

These guys are the BEST. We are new to the area, and needed remote start installed. Called a couple places that had 2 month wait periods (?!), and then found these guys on Unilocal.
They were able to fit us in within just a couple of days notice, walked us through the whole install, kept us updated throughout the day during the install, and they worked overtime (like serious overtime, on a weekend) to make sure they finished same-​day. Nicest bunch of guys around, really cannot recommend them enough.
I only wish they did ALL car-​related services (oil change, etc) so we’d never have to go anywhere else!

The service was great… Got an alarm installed yesterday good clean work. Will do business with them again.

Called got price, made appointment, dropped car off. They called said it was ready and to take my time on getting there. When I arrived they went over remote start with me and my wife and all was good.

Very unprofessional business with no understanding of setting appointments. Scheduled a radio install for a specific time owner and installer walks in 45 minutes later. No acknowledgement of delay as if this was acceptable behavior. The attitude was as if they were doing you a favor not you paying for a service.
Avoid this business if you want proper service and professionalism. Replacing a car stereo isn’t rocket science.
