What a huge difference a few years make. Elements has turned into another corporate machine. Two appointments were rudely cancelled due to a scheduling change. Someone called and left a message both times. Luckily I saw the light blinking and didn’t drive over to their location.
I was using a coupon they provided for a discount and I feel that this had something to do with the sudden «cancellation».

Eric! Eric! Eric!
Best hands in Florida! Takes out the stress and breaks up those knots. I am so comfortable with him and enjoy our conversations. He really listens to everything I say.
Clean, lights are low, plenty of time and privacy to change. Warm comfortable tables with soft clean linens. Before the massage even starts I’m already super relaxed on these cloud 9 tables. Haha!

I am a member and have been one for over 1 year. I am extremely happy that I did as I was did not have a good experience with other club massage locations. Since day one I’ve had the best customer service and the best massages. Eric is my massage therapist and does an amazing job. From pain to my lower back, hip and upper back he has always worked his magic. I like how my massages will roll over and my husband can also join in and get a massage. I’ve also been able to give some as gift cards. They have always worked with my schedule as it can be crazy. Highly recommended.

I pay for my services a year in advance but this yr decided not to continue immediately I was forced by management to use my unused sessions within a two weeks time or I would lose 3 months worth of massages.
I didn’t think that was fair nor was that in my contract.

Treat yourself to a massage! You deserve to pamper yourself and let’s face it, our own personal maintenance is often last on our list. So, have a relaxing treatment by those that can. The staff at Elements are courteous and helpful and there are masseuses at every level from soft touch to hard. I highly recommend the monthly plan and booking your massage in advance. And referrals can lead to free massages! My masseuse, Whitney L., is the best.

I recently moved here and based on the reviews I was hoping this would be a great massage place. I was very disappointed. My therapist did not listen to me and in fact made a back issue I had worse. I was very clear on just upper body work and no stretching and the therapist did more than upper body work and conducted stretching.. Maybe this was just this particular therapist but I was told that the therapists here listen well to the clients. I guess it is back to the drawing board for a massage therapy place.
The owner called me and expressed concern. She spoke to the therapist and stated that she did not listen and my needs were not met. She returned my money and offered me a complimentary massage. This is excellent customer service. I’m not ready to go back yet but may wish to do so in the future as the owner was very accommodating.

Received a 30 minute massage as part of a Silent auction gift. My wife and I had the couples massage which is 2 30 minute sessions. We found it to be Very relaxing and helpful. They have some really good deals for someone who wants to get frequent massages which we may take advantage of in the future. The desk attendant was very engaging and helpful.
