Seriously disorganized and uninformed rental dept. They have neither the information nor the supplies for items you can rent. They send you to the sales floor for supplies AFTER you rent something, and of course, they’re out of what you need. No coordination, no help, the inmates are running the asylum.

Buying appliances at Home Depot is a pain if the products are not perfect! 4 prong on stove need 3 prong, of course it is my responsibility to remove, pickup, add the new one. AND how many tints do I have to call or drive here to get my refrigerator checked! Really it’s brand new! Ughhh
Again The worst service!!! 10th time here! Are you kidding me! Not only the fridge and the range messed up, there is only 1 screw to complete the dishwasher but I need 2. I came back to appliances and the lady said go talk to Phil it’s his department. Phil told me I need to speak to someone else he will be a while. I told him the girl over there told me I had to speak to you. He said there’s other people that work here, there go speak to him. The guy hadn’t even clocked in. Nothing good to say about Home Depot. Voted WORST service. Too much to add the this event

Not much to say. It’s Home Depot. They have lumber, hardware, and construction materials. The people are helpful and it smells good. I am a fan!

For a store whose service normally stinks, Steve, in hardware, was not only a shining star here, but would be anywhere fortunate enough to employ him! He helped us with locks/​keys and was terrific. His knowledge was vast and his attitude was nothing but patient and polite… rare today. IF you have to go to this store, look for Steve in hardware. Hats off to you, Steve, for a job well done and service second to none!

Do not get a kitchen designed from this location. Go to Cattleman. The subcontractors are terrific, but the designers at this location are horrible. Also, American Woodmark never wants to take responsibility for any quality issues with their product. Stay away from them even though they are a mid-​level and usually okay quality product. It took me 14 months to complete the entire process with redos and I continue to have doors which fall off cabinets because the pilot holes for the screws are too large. While Home Depot is good for many things, this location is off the graph for kitchen design. The asst. manager is good. The hardware department personnel are incompetent — suggesting that a barrel hinge would be malleable if it were sprayed!!!
DNS Designs are the subcontractors for Home Depots in the Sarasota area and they are excellent. Call them directly for remodelling kitchens and baths is my advice.
