I was a client at Abana for over two years and I only stopped going because I am travelling internationally. Before Abana I had drifted to lots of different lash studios and was so grateful to finally find somewhere reliable. Philomena is a wonderful business woman and makes sure to take care of her clients. Sophie was my lash artist and I was ALWAYS satisfied. If there was ever an issue(wanting a quick touchup, changing appointment time, etc.) Sophie or Philomena never failed to arrange things for me. The techniques and materials used at Abana are of great quality and I received countless compliments on my lashes. I have recommended lots of friends and family to Abana and will continue to do so!

I have reported this business to the BBBANDPHILOMENIA has not offered ANY solution to the issues I experienced at her establishment. She has yet to even apologize for the bad experience I had with her company rather she accused me of «over reacting» and then goes on to tell me the pics I posted only look like I just woke up and didn’t wash my face. Really? I run a small business too and I would NEVER treat any of my customers they way she has treated me. It is actually mind blowing how her doors are even still open! AVOIDTHISPLACEATALLCOSTS. 2 different REAL lash stylists have confirmed the application and glue caused me to have a reaction. After talking further to one of the stylists it turns out Abana has a REPUTATION in the industry for putting out bad work. I have never had badly applied extensions before this place. I feel I need to warn everyone about the horrible application and service you would receive by going here. Clearly if there are any issues at all with the service you get here you will get nothing in return. This place is truly not worth the risk! I never once said I suffer from occasional allergies. My reaction was solely caused by the application, this has been confirmed by 2 different lash stylists. I also find it ironic you deleted your response where you accused me of being a liar and a fraud. I have asked several times for philomena to remove my legal name from her response as I value my privacy and she has refused severa times. Obviously she does not value her customers privacy.

I’ve been wanting to get eyelash extensions for quite some time, and I am SO happy I found this company. My first set was good, I was in love, but my fill was done by Sophie and its amazing. I get compliments everywhere I go. My lashes are full and I no longer need mascara(this is huge for me ad I am a recovering mascara addict). The owner is so friendly and inviting. Sophie is professional, but also so nice! The place is perfect and comfortable. This is my one«splurge» and I am happy with the product and care I have received. Pricing is very fair.

I went to Abana Lash and Brow Lounge with a gift certificate I received for Mothers Day. The gift certificate was for a facial and I had never had one before. The attention to detail and the gentleness of the process was so amazing, I couldn’t imagine why anyone wouldn’t want to go on a regular basis! I left feeling, refreshed and reinvigorated. Not to mention the numerous tips and facts about regular skin care that to this day has proven effective as well as practical without harmful chemicals and harsh cleansers. Great place, easy to find with excellent customer service.

Kinda disappointed really got a set and paid full price, when they had a deal going on. Most other places will let you know! My set was really thin and my tech only spend 1 hour when my app was 2 hours :/

Go somewhere else! There is no privacy at this«salon». Also, if you have sensitive skin, you’d better let them know up front. My eyes began to sting and burn after she applied the first couple of lashes and I let her know. She blew some little puffs of air on them as if that was going to help. She continued and by the end — I couldn’t even open my eyes. She mentioned how red and irritated they appeared and THEN commented«next time you come in, let us know that you have sensitive skin so we can use the other kind of glue because you are obviously having a bad reaction to it». Shouldn’t they have asked if I have sensitive skin up front? Shouldn’t she have switched to the«other» glue after she knew I was having a reaction? My eyes feel like they have 100 needles poking in them and it’s been 3 days. I called to ask to have them removed and they want to charge me $ 20!!!

I have been getting my eyelashes done at Abana for the last 6 months now. I am addicted! Not only because of my beautiful lashes and multiple compliments they bring, but because of the ongoing superior customer service I receive. Sophie is always so sweet, efficient and accommodating. I have had the opportunity to speak with Philomena the owner a few times as well and I can tell she really cares about her business and her clients. Ive gotten a full set and fill and have been more than happy! they do such a great job! Never have any problem with my lashes, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and i always am accommodated when i call to make an appointment.
