i was early as requested to complete forms for check in (instead of being 5 mins late) and had no problem getting right back. i was not able to do part of the treatment and they refunded my money no problems. every one was very nice

I purchased a Groupon for University Place Laser and Aesthetics to get some work done on the veins on my legs. The first time I had an appointment, I was running about 5 minutes behind schedule. I gave them a courtesy call to tell them that I was stuck in traffic, but on my way. The person that I spoke to told me in an irritated tone that I would have to reschedule my appointment because I would be holding other clients up. Despite what she said, I still went to my appointment (expecting to find the waiting room packed) and there wasn’t one other person waiting! The front desk person then told me that the doctor had already re-​arranged her lunch time during my appointment slot. I couldn’t believe the lack of customer service! I then gave it right back to them and said that I drove all the way here and that I was ready for my appointment. The dr. finally brought me back and performed the laser treatment.
During the treatment, she then told me that if I bought another session (which are pricy!) that she could treat the other side of one of my legs. I told her that would be great, so I bought another session. The next time I came in for my appointment, I said that I was concerned because some of the veins were still noticeable after several treatments. She then pulled out a camera and began taking pictures of my leg without even asking for my permission. I asked her if she was doing before and after shots, and she rudely informed me that she disagreed that there was a noticeable difference in my leg and she was putting the pictures in my file. She then told me that the veins on the other side of my leg were raised and that she could not work on them, after she had persuaded me to buy another package strictly so she could work on the other veins in my legs. I was so irritated and upset. I felt that she intentionally told me what I wanted to hear just to make a sale.
Overall, if you are looking for good honest customer service with a smile, I would look elsewhere. Many places can do good work, but many more places can do great work with a friendly attitude.
