Terrible service and the bar area smells like dead fish. Only gets two stars because they have decent beer and it’s not too crowded.

Rude staff. Did not have coffee. Did not have half the items on the menu. Avoid if you can.

So when you walk into a bar that has this on the table, you’d assume they have food right? Never offered a menu. Didn’t even get a hello. Judging by another patrons questioning about food I think they only have pizza??? Then why ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper on the table? No apology whatsoever, just a cold stare from the waitress. Very inattentive. Guess I’ll have my drink and get the heck out of here. Bummer. At least the drink was good and strong.

Debbie is a great bartender. Very quick, friendly and attentive. She remembers the customer names while they are there and makes them feel welcome. I would definitely come back if she was working. My drinks were well made and reasonably priced. THANKS DEBBIE :)

Minneapolis /​St Paul International Airport ranks pretty high when it comes to my remarks on retail stores and shopping. The mall offers a variety of options for that passenger who left his charger on his inbound flight or the husband looking for that special gift for his wife.
The terminal that handles flights for American, Delta and several other airlines has few options for a cold beer or something to eat. For this reason I found myself stopping by the Iceshape Bar and Grill.
The bartender was busy trying to serve the bar which was full at the time we seated ourselves in the main table area. It quickly became obvious that the bartender was the working both the bar and the floor. While the bartender was quick to acknowledge us he was definitely overwhelmed trying to keep up.
I ordered the pulled pork street tacos which were very tasty but they were sent out cold. I also requested the sauce be placed on the side. That must have been over looked by the kitchen cause the sauce was not on the side.
I’m sure that the Iceskape is great for a quick drink before getting on your outbound flight. If you’re looking for a nice dinner while you wait for your flight, I recommend you visit the options available prior to heading to your gate. The airport has a large selection of stores and restaurants in the main part of the terminal.

Every time I fly home I stop in here for a pre-​flight drink. Terminal 1, gate 9. It’s a great place to meet other travelers. The bartenders are awesome and friendly and the beer is always cold!

OH Icescape. I love you because I can get a 9 ounce glass of wine (or 2) before I cram myself on to a metal tube to go flying through the sky for 3 ½ hours. I hate you because the service is always painfully slow. Sigh.

Second time here. Poor service for food. Slow service. Guacamole is $ 2 for a tablespoon of it and it’s not even homemade.
It’s fine for a beer or drinks before a flight. But for food… AVOID.

This place is a great place to stop when you are flying out of Terminal E. Even better for those on USAir or American as the gates are literally steps away. Service is always nice and you will leave with a smile on your face. Drinks are stiff and the food it OK. Great window views of the tarmac if you are into plane spotting

I have spent more time in this little place than I care to think about, because of flight delays. But the service and food are always good. Very good martinis. French fries are fantastic. And John the bartender is so smooth at upselling you on liquor. Small, but outstanding for an airport bar.

liked this place. lots of space to hang out til you’re ready for your flight. was greeted right away and the place was clean. had a beer then off for home. will be back.

Stopped in for a quick martini and I was not disappointed! Their namesake martini was great and was served quickly in a perfect martini glass. I will definitely stop by for another one of these gems next time I am in this terminal. Cheers!
