«TAMI» told you nicely and repeatedly that she couldn’t give you a refund, that you’d have to speak to the owner/​operator, yet you continued to stand there like a lump in the store blocking both the counter and the door and blocking service for any other customers.
I offered you a refund out of my own pocket, in the hopes of making you whole and allowing the staff to serve the gathering crowd of customers who wanted to purchase gas and other items.
For you to impugn my honest attempts at diffusing your no-​win situation, and allowing everybody to move on, displays only ignorance, paranoia, and a less-​than-​rudimentary knowledge of «customer service.»

If I could give negative stars for customer service, I would. I went to get my gfs car washed there, and punched in the code the clerk, TAMMY, gave me.
The wash accepted the code, told us to drive up and park. We did, but ended up sitting in the car for 10mins with NOTHING happening.
I called the 7 – 11 store number from my cell phone while I was still parked in the car wash to inform TAMMY that the wash wasnt working and if she knew what to do. To my surprise, TAMMY and her associate did not know ANYTHING about how the car wash worked.
TAMMY then proceeded to tell me that she could give me a second code to try, but if that did not work, she could not give me a refund, it was my choice.
What kind of policy and customer service is that?! So what TAMMY was telling me is that even if the machine that is providing ME a service I PAID FOR still didn’t work a second time, then I wouldn’t get a refund, which means I ended up PAYING THEM for a service THAT DOESNT WORK. That is a ridiculous policy! Not only is that the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard in all my years of retail and basic customer experience, BUT ITS ALSO ILLEGAL!
Then, TAMMY decided to get real rude, her already questionable customer service «skills» went out the window. She was sassy and rolled her eyes repeatedly when we asked for a refund. And instead of being a responsible employee, she basically was avoiding the issue and allowed other customers to try and handle the situation for her.
One guys offered us a refund from his own wallet and said «that TAMMY will pay him back later», now I don’t wanna jump to conclusions, BUT, that seems kind of shady, hopefully TAMMY isn’t making some type of «deals» for 7 – 11 on the side…

To be honest, the store is nice and its great to have a convenience store close to where I live, but some of the attendants are rude, and honestly a little paranoid.

Eh this ⁷⁄₁₁ always busy and always running out of things, I am not mad at it, but seriously can they work on restocking more??? came twice for the iced coffee french vanilla and had to ask someone to refill it, but they were fast about it, better then the ⁷⁄₁₁ on san antonio in upland which didnt even have it and didnt have any stock! lol oh well!

All I have to say is, the morning shift workers are the absolute best! Every time I come in here in the morning I am greeted by some awesome employees. Today was especially cool cause the two male employees were just so friendly. I don’t know their names but management, if you’re reading this please give the two guys who worked on Friday August 15^th 2014 at 730 in the morning a nice high five for me. I work at the hospital nearby and just got off a long 12 hour night shift and it was just refreshing to have your workers sound generally happy to say good morning. The man at the register with the earring also made me laugh, which is usually unheard for me after a long night at work. Thanks guys for always being so friendly!

I want to start by saying there is nothing wrong with the gas station or it’s attendants. pricing is fair etc. my issue is with the «car wash». Don’t waste your money. I literally just got my car washed there and it doesn’t have the scrubbing mechanisms and it focuses on water pressure to scrub or clean the vehicle and it doesn’t work. the picture attached is of my car just after getting it washed there, it was a waste of $ 6 and I know its only $ 6 but it did nothing and I have a different car wash closer to my house that is $ 6 and looks a thousand times better. save your money and get your car washed elsewhere.

There’s really nothing to say about a 7 – 11 that you all don’t already know. The coffees great and cheap, they have those little mystery taco roll things that are delicious, and this 7 – 11 has gas pumps. The reason I go is the people are funny and friendly inside and it’s open ²⁴⁄₇! Yay! That’s pretty much it.
