AA U-Stor-M – Upland

Absolutely the best storage company I have used! You have a gate code to access the lot. They check every lock on the property daily to ensure the security sticker is present. They caught that my unit’s lock looked tampered with, called me the same day to verify I changed my lock, which I hadn’t, so they secured my unit until I was able to come and check that everything was present. They are extremely proactive about the security of their lot. Thank you AAUstor for all of that and your constant care and concern for your customers. I would highly recommend this storage company! I used AA U-​STOR this summer when moving back from Washington state. I was able to confirm everything ahead of time so there would be no hassles when the movers arrived. Clean, well lit units. The facility is very secure. The staff was friendly & accommodating. I would recommend AA U-​STOR to anyone needing this service!!!

Our home sold faster than we expected and we had some items that we needed to move and store quickly. AA U-​Stor-​M Upland was a great find by my wife. They provide a truck AND a driver for local moves! How awesome is that? It saved us not only money, but also valuable time by not having to rent a truck and then pay for gas. They also have a great move-​in special. Pay for one month and get the second one for free! This appealed to us because we only needed a storage unit for a couple of months, but is a good deal even if you are storing items for a longer period.
The facility is very clean, well maintained, and has excellent lighting. All pluses when you are looking for a safe and reliable place to store your personal property. We had outstanding customer service from David their Marketing Manager. He was extremely helpful, guided us through the entire process, and even called us the next day to make sure everything was ok and to see if we had any questions. We’ve rented other storage units from large companies in the past and never received that level of care! They also belong to the Upland Chamber of Commerce and it’s nice to support our local businesses. You simply can’t go wrong renting from AA U-​Stor-​M Upland!

The office at AA U Stor M is very friendly, efficient and helpful. The units are move — ready. Very clean. The grounds are well — lit. I’d recommend these units to everyone.
